The levenger pen (40th Anniversary…

The levenger pen (40th Anniversary Fountain Pen) arrived today in a damage state. The Gold on the tip of the cap was rubbed off. I was surprised that the gold was an inferior type that it could be rubbed off in delivery.
I would like to have someone email me or call me to see what options I have for this fountain pen. I am surprised also that someone had not quality controlled this pen prior to sending it out.

Svar från Levenger

We’re sorry your 40th Anniversary Fountain Pen arrived with the gold finish on the cap already rubbed off. That’s certainly not what you should see when opening a new pen, especially one that marks such a special anniversary. We’d like to take care of this with you, and a member of our Customer Care team will be reaching out directly to go over your options.

Unique

I purchased my first True Writer pen ( green), about twenty years ago. I have been a delighted customer ever since. The products are top quality , unique items that are a pleasure to use. I have multiple Circa notebooks, and at last count, have 30 True Writers. It is a pleasure to do business with Levenger.

I like the flexibility of different sizes

I was able to stock up on the meeting recap refills -- both junior and letter sizes. These are a great resource that I use regularly to capture information from meetings that I attend. I like having both sizes available because quick meetings don't require an entire letter size page, so I don't feel like I am wasting paper unnecessarily.

Bought a new larger diameter ballpoint.

Ordered new ballpoint, which was delivered in a timely manner. I like the large diameter of the item, so bought another one for backup. I have purchased writing supplies and paper products for many years, and have always been delighted with your products. Keep up the good work!
