Levenger Omdömen

Took forever for my package to arrive...was extremely late.

The products were as advertised but the shipping and return process was complex and burdensome, particularly when compared to other on line vendors. They are not the experiences provided by a premium retailer. For example, the post office did not have a record of the return address listed in the instructions for returning an item. And the return costs were 100% born by the buyer even if the product is defective.

Customer Service was the greatest. Quality of the pens is very good. Delivery is quick.

Great products. Easy to navigate site.

I have the junior circa system and have used it for years. I bought the letter size because as a left hander I like not laying my hand across the discs and the larger size makes that more possible. But the paper (in both sizes) doesn't work with all fountain pens. I wish there was an option to buy high-quality paper such as Clairefontaine something like that.

The product itself is fine. Getting it is another story 1. Your website sucks - it’s brutal to navigate. You need to simplify it. 2. Getting it in a timely manner is worse. 10 days for a pack of paper. And I had to pay shipping on top of it. In the current day of Amazon, with expectations the next day, your company is in the dark ages

Still hasn’t arrived after paying $35 for international shipping!

I've ordered items from you several times in the past and have never been disappointed. Excellent service.

It was easy to order online & my weekly calendars came very quickly. All went smoothly!

The products as advertised were exactly what I received.

I ordered the Carrie Classic Clutch in a vibrant kelly green color. I LOVE it! I use it as a wallet and in just a week, I've received lots of compliments. I plan on ordering a few more in different colors for holiday gifts (and maybe one more for myself!).

Ease of ordering and the product is of top quality.

Beautiful, unique, and well-made products with great service and free shipping for pens!

I just like the product. I've ordered a few times over the years and it's consistent and meets my needs. It gets sent pretty quickly and if they can't send it as fast as they want, they let you know and keep you posted.

Easy online viewing and ordering. Product is lovely.

Order arrived in a timely fashion.Well made and I'm sure my book loving daughter will enjoy!

Excellent. The processing time to ship was excellent and the transit time was also excellent. Considering it came half way around the world.

Would definitely recommend this company.

Levenger produces a great product

Two separate comments. I ordered this as soon as I saw it in the catalog (see second comment). Although it was a long wait for delivery, it is a great product and use it numerous times every day and carry it with my mobile phone, only wish it would have been around years ago. I am a long time user of 3 by 5 note cards, so it is perfect for my use and very practical incorporated pen holder. If anyone is interested in this product and you order, you will not be disappointed. Am not wild about the color and hope you will eventually make it available in other colors, I will order one of each color.

Second, what I did not like--the amount of time it took to receive the item, although when ordered, it was already on back order; however, it did arrive sooner than the scheduled date. Please offer in other colors, saddle, tan, etc. Love the product!

The levenger pen (40th Anniversary Fountain Pen) arrived today in a damage state. The Gold on the tip of the cap was rubbed off. I was surprised that the gold was an inferior type that it could be rubbed off in delivery.
I would like to have someone email me or call me to see what options I have for this fountain pen. I am surprised also that someone had not quality controlled this pen prior to sending it out.
