Within an hour after ordering I received a text giving me an update on the order and what stage it was at. I had constant updates on delivery and when to expect delivery etc. fantastic communication and personal touch. Really pleased I ordered from here and would certainly recommend.

The bike was built by the technician…
The bike was built by the technician who contacted me to agree the delivery date. Excellent so far. Unfortunately the delivery arrived a day early when I was not here. On second attempt the delivery man dragged and dropped the package out of his van, clearly upside down, which I challenged him on, but he was not interested. Out of the righted box, the back wheel had clearly been dislocated from the frame and slipped the chain in transit. Fortunately I could resolve these issues without any significant detriment. A few days of use and the saddle rotated due to clamp undertightening. Other than that, this Cube bike is great for a teenage rider, but really - check those torque settings and get a new courier.

Brilliant. Super helpful. I unexpectedly needed a spare part urgently. Leisure bikes went out of their way to make sure I received the part when it was needed.
