Got a bike through the "cycle to work"…
Got a bike through the "cycle to work" scheme, and had absolutely no issues. Communication with the shop was perfect and delivery was delightful. it would be nice to receive a notification of the delivery tho, but still great service.

Not impressed.
Recently ordered a bike online with LL bikes which stated it was in stock and would be dispatched within 7 working days the bike came well over a week late. Customer service was poor and took a while to reply when I enquired about an update. Upon eventually receiving the bike and unboxing it there was damage to the frame near the crank some deep scratches where the paint had come off. And also some damage further Down the frame what looked like it had been touched in with some paint. I'd consider looking elsewhere when your in the market for a bike or go into one of there stores and look in person. Was a lesson learnt on my part and I will definitely avoid buying anything from them again.

Outstanding company to deal with. I'm lucky enough to live near the Mere Brow store and always get really well looked after by Jay, Chris and the team, be that from simple purchases to advice on the most suitable components and upgrades. I won't shop anywhere else for my families cycling requirements
