Prompt and courteous service
I ordered a bottle of pine tree scent from Leisuregrow which unfortunately, when it arrived didn't match the order or advert. I reported this and it was dealt with very promptly and courteously. They will be speaking with their supplier and gave me two extra bottles in compensation. I will definitely be using Leisuregrow again, and would definitely recommend them.

LED garden lights
I Purchase a set of LED garden lights. A good price, quick delivery. The lights arrived but had a fault. Emailed customer service "James", who acted quick and resolved the issue.
I'm looking at some more lights and would use Leisuregrow again.

Extremely friendly and helpful!
I bought a BBQ and unfortunately the BBQ fell over in a storm and the handle bent and snapped. I e-mailed the leisuregrow and they responded within a couple hours and sent out a new handle that they had. They provided tracking number and outlined when it would arrive. They also wanted to know if the handle fitted ok and if there was anything else they could do to help. Fantastic, and I felt very personal customer service. Great company to deal with!

Top class customer service
The first time I used my new pizza oven, due entirely to my own stupidity, I damaged it. Contacted Leisuregrow to source replacement part which they supplied free of charge, even though it was my fault. Exceptionally good customer service!
The oven itself is top quality. Well designed and well built and it compliments my Leisuregrow BBQ.

Excellent service
We have a two burner gas BBQ which we purchased around 6 years ago from John Lewis and it got damaged in the last storms. We contacted Leisuregrow to ask about purchasing two replacement dials. The customer service team were excellent, very professional and super efficient. The parts arrived very quickly. We will definitely use them again in the future. Five stars without a doubt
Five stars without a doubt.
We purchased a Pergola and unfortunately during one of the storms the brackets became loose and the weight of the blind broke the brackets. After exhausting all avenues we contacted Leisuregrow who not only offered a solution they stayed true to their word and supplied replacement parts. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service they are second to none.

had an issue with a wicker chair plastic foot missing got in touch with leisure grow ending up with a conversation with James Paton customer services and low and behold 24hrs later a set of replacements arrive by 1st class post

Replaced broken item without any fuss
Have a Monaco garden table and chair set which was just outside the warranty period when the weave started to break up due to excessive heat and uv rays. Trudie at LG took ownership of the problem and found me a replacement item for free and shipped foc too. Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with. Would happily recommend the company.

Unfortunately we had an issue with a…
Unfortunately we had an issue with a manufacturer fitted securing bolt on our parasol where it frequently came loose resulting in a dangerous situation as it was securing the main cantilever arm. The company we sourced it from spoke to the manufacturer who in fairness supplied quite quickly a replacement bolt. However this was the wrong size and colour so very disappointed in what was a very expensive purchase as we are no further forward.

Grillstream BBQ
I bought a Leisuregrow Stream Grill BBQ from John Lewis.
A couple of weeks ago, during a routine barbecue, the unit suddenly and uncontrollably caught fire. Flames erupted beneath the grill, setting nearby materials alight—including the charcoal and, most alarmingly, the connected gas bottle. I managed to extinguish the fire only through considerable effort and sheer luck. Had I failed, the outcome could have been catastrophic: severe harm to myself and my property, as well as a serious risk to my neighbours and anyone nearby.
This incident was not only completely unacceptable but also extremely distressing.
When I reached out to customer service, they immediately refused to accept any responsibility and instead placed the blame on us, alleging incorrect usage.

You continue to state that flammable materials must not be placed within 60cm of the grill. Yet the hose you provided to connect the gas cylinder to the barbecue measures only around 50cm. This is a direct contradiction in your own safety requirements.
It is clear that instead of addressing the core issue, you are attempting to shift the blame onto the customer. The real and critical problem here is the leak inside the barbecue, which allows gas and grease to accumulate in the cabinet. This inevitably causes ignition, regardless of what is stored there. Even if I left only a pair of barbecue gloves inside, they would catch fire. And even if the cabinet were completely empty, am I really expected to clean leaking grease from inside the cabinet after every use on a barbecue that cost £518? That is unacceptable by any standard.
Furthermore, your approach of blaming the customer without properly understanding the actual defect in the product is extremely concerning. Once again, let me be absolutely clear: the issue is the leak within the barbecue itself. That is your responsibility as the manufacturer, not mine as the customer.
I trust this time the seriousness of the matter is understood.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how distressing it must have been.
Safety is our top priority, and we want to clarify that the Grillstream BBQ includes clear instructions both in the manual and on the product itself:
• A label on the base panel shows that gas cylinders must not be stored inside the cabinet.
• The manual warns against placing flammable materials within 60cm, storing anything flammable under the grill, and placing the hose near heated surfaces.
• It also emphasizes that gas cylinders must be stored externally in a well-ventilated area, and that users must regularly check for gas leaks.
Storing a gas bottle or flammable materials (such as charcoal) under the grill during use creates a serious risk. If a leak occurs inside the enclosed cabinet, it can ignite. If stored externally as instructed, any gas would dissipate safely. Which having reviewed the correspondence received is where you have stored the fuel.
While we understand your concern, the issue appears consistent with incorrect usage as outlined above and confirmed within your correspondence received.
