I needed a replacement part for my Grillstream BBQ. They worked out exactly what I needed and got straight on the case. The part had arrived within a day or 2. Amazing service. Many other companies should take a leaf out of this company's book!

Great aftersales service .
We bought the Monte Carlo 4 seater rattan set almost 5 years ago .All our friends and family loved sitting around it ,the comfort and the style .
Unfortunately packed away last autumn for the winter and just opened to check for this season and found the table top rattan had broken .
We contacted the customer service,who were wonderful .James looked into the problem and luckly we were able to purchase just the table top ,rather than the whole set which we love so much .Delivery was arranged and delivered within 2 days .Thank you so much James and Leisuregrow Products Ltd for the great service .How many companies would go the extra mile like this company has, to please a customer ? .Just bare in mind when you buy something ,the aftersales service is very important .Not just the price you paying .

Had a small problem with the loss of a garden table parasol reducer ring. Contacted LG who responded very quickly. On giving them the exact product details, they sent a replacement part FOC!!! It arrived overnight. Well done LG!!!

Lost garden chair foot.
I lost the screw-in foot to a garden chair (part of a set) bought from LeisureGrow some eight years ago. Despite the passage of time I contacted them on the off chance they might be able to supply a replacement. They were most helpful and despite the exact product being no longer in their range they supplied (free of charge) a part which did the job. Most impressive.

I called about a fault with a BBQ…
I called about a fault with a BBQ bought around 18 months ago and they sent me a new part with no questions about warranty or any details beyond what was wrong. Being able to speak to a human who immediately arranged a solution is a great asset.

Good quality and a wide selection of toys to choose from
I have bought several petface toys for our medium size supermutt because my dog is obsessed with the squeaky inside them and find these toys are a good quality, there material doesnt pull out easily which make the toys last longer and my floor isn't covered with fur, his favourite is the duck, unfortunately jessie the giraffe stopped squeaking within 3 hours of our dog playing with it, but contacted leisuregrow which were helpful and sorted things out for me. Good customer service and would recommend petface toys to others.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Very rare in this day and age. I had an issue with outdoor garden furniture and customer service dealt with it immediately and next day I received a replacement part which I easily fitted myself. I cannot fault this company in any way. Great service, great products.

Very speedy contact and item replacement
I contacted the company due to a dog toy not lasting very long, within the jaws of my German shepherd X ‘enthusiastic chewer’, Stanley. James, replied very quickly. He gave me the choice of a refund, or replacement. Within a week, the item had been replaced , accompanied by an additional seriously strong dog toy. Thank you very much.

Incredible customer support
Having purchased a consumer item via Amazon UK that was supplied by Leisuregrow, there was a small issue with the product that I hoped that Leisuregrow might be able to help me with. I contacted them first by telephone and then with a requested follow-up email, and hey presto - the great folk at Leisuregrow set about helping me, and surpassed my expectations with their proposed remedy. As email replies were coming from more than one person, it seems that Leisuregrow has a really excellent and helpul team.
