Dear Mr Taylor. I'm so sorry to see a one-star review. You ordered your document to be printed and shipped to you on Monday, and it was sent out of our office on Tuesday. You left a one-star review on Friday. Sometimes the postal service just doesn't deliver in 2 business days. After extensive use of our service, it's a pity that we were penalised so heavily in your rating of our services, because of a delay from the postal service. I hope that your experience with our service was generally more positive than the one-star review.

The creation Will documents is painless.
The creation of your Will documents is easy. The explanatory notes putting things into plain English, and the online prompts are so helpful.
Also options such as messages and document lockers will be helpful to my family and executor.

I already had a Will in place but just needed to amend the executor to be the same as the Beneficiary, this could not be done before as they were under 18 Years of Age. I found it easy to use the online Will service and had the Document printed on special paper and sent to me by Post. The total cost was around £50 which was much cheaper than the quotes I had from various Solicitors which ranged from £250 - £600.
