Easy enough to check-up on things with.
I had people calling me related to my claim so called Consultation Claims to check it was them. It turned out it was not and Shay was great in answering my questions and updating me on the claim. The company is pretty no-nonsense, I only get email updates when something changes and they don't harass me. I'm just letting things tick over until I hear back about my claim and what/if I'm entitled to it. Also Shay is very patient and has a good telephone manner. I look forward to seeing where my claim gets to.
