Brilliant Customer Service
I had an issue with phone calls from other claim companies stating they were acting on Consultation Claims instructions.
The young lady I spoke to, sorry I can't remember her name, was extreemly helpful. Shes checked on my details and confirmed that there was no action re contacts on my details. She also updated me on the ongoing claims situation and advises Consultation Claims will contact me when there is any updates etc.
I was very pleased and releaved after talking to your colleague.

In terms of the potential redress the Financial Conduct Authority have estimated an average of £830 per agreement however, this cannot be guaranteed. This is before any deductions for the work we have completed. The FCA redress scheme is currently being legally challenged and is due to be heard at a tribunal this December or next February, until then there is a pause on any redress.
