Simple to follow
The process with Living Wills guided me through with good explanations and once my will is witnessed and filed away, I will feel very happy. I just have to get a notary as apparently that makes proving the will less complicated when the will is actually needed.

Cost very high NOT £19.99 but almost £2890 it also was a long time in making will from start to finish lots and lots of e_mails and many phone calls would be much better to have a local firm to see someone face to face

This sounds more like a review for a company called LegacyWills. We are LegalWills, a somewhat similar sounding name, but we have absolutely no connection or affiliation with LegacyWills whatsoever.

Great, easy to use service.
Used this to create Wills twice and both times found the format so easy to use with brilliant step by step instructions along the way. Very thorough and had no problems with solicitors or probate when we sadly had to put one of the Wills to use. Nice that you can keep going back into it as you seem to remember things days later and that would cost you a fortune to keep making changes at a solicitors. I have not tried any of the their storage option but for a straightforward Will that you print yourself I can highly recommend this online service.

Have been putting off for too long...
Have been putting off getting wills in place for far too long - found the setup of the questionnaires to be simple and straight forward, allowing the process to be completed without too much effort. I also like the LifeLocker section - as it reminds us to also record the every day items that would make life easier for those dealing with arrangements after passing.

Poor website, confusing pricing but people need a will so maybe don't complain as they should
Just a poor website and also confusing as to what the difference between options is. Should really have evolved quite a bit more.
