Simple user interface to produce a comprehensive will for both me and my wife

This is an easy and straight forward process for those that have simple wills and/or mirror wills. Not sure how easy it would be in a complex case. A printer is helpful plus a witness and signing of the final document. However you can ask LegalWills to print and send to you through the post or alternatively, using a memory stick, download a copy and print at your local library. The cost at £11.95 for a 12 month subscription is very reasonable.

I love abroad and getting on a bit so everything here is in my wife's name. I just needed to use this service to take care of my savings back in UK. I thought the procedure was straightforward and easy as well as a very reasonable price. Now all my worries are over.

The system seemed to work ok for me but a little complex in certain areas

After researching different options including many online (convenient options) company offerings from several solicitors and firm like co-op I finally settled on legal wills. I am extremely happy with my choice. There are several stand out benefits that swung my decision including the full estate plan and flexibility around the will including trust options. The package options prices (I opted for premium) and also that you are able to maintain and add to your plan over your lifetime revising your will as you go as many times as you like. I will opt for the life access option. If you have queries (which I did) when using the wizard you will receive a response reasonably quickly (with a day for me) but most importantly the response you get is truly helpful. When using the tool you know the people behind it know what they’re doing which provides a great deal of comfort.

Efficient system especially considering the ease of changing one's will at times to suit and as often as one pleases.

The product is comprehensive, but the software could be improved. If you leave it for a while, it appears to log off but does not give a message to that effect. It has failed to upload/synchronise a number of times. I have lost text frequently even though I saved it.

Really easy to draft my Will in the first place. I paid £69 to have it legally checked and was impressed with the fast turnaround and quality of advice given. Can't recommend LegalWills highly enough.

Easy simple good customer service

Making a Will on line proved to be a very simple & straight forward process. After asking what was required in the Will it walks you through each part & you can see it actually building up on the right hand side of the page as you progress. It tells you when it is completed & allows you to store & print the information when you are ready, complete with further instructions ( if required ) regarding signing it with the witnesses to make it a legal document.
I would recommend this method of making a simple Will for both convenience & cost. You can change any of the instructions that you have written in the Will for up to 12 months without further cost & for a longer period for very little cost.

The procedure was easy to do. It was simple to understand and did not take long to complete.

A very concise and detailed service is offered. I have taken advantage to write my Will, Living Will and Funeral Plans....just better it's all done by the same service at the same time.
