Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Got a call to schedule delivery date, on the day a text confirming a time plus a further call upon arrival. Tom and Nathan unpacked and put the swivel chair together exactly where i wanted it and run through the instructions. Thanks - excellent service

Ordered a dining table. It’s faulty but promised refund failed to arrive
Ordered a dining table which was in stock. We also purchased the optional table insurance. We paid in full for bothusing a credit card. The sales team were great.
The table arrived, with Lee Longlands using their own transport and installation team.
After 1 hour+, the installation team could not bolt the legs to the table top. The product was declared faulty and they took it back.
No one from the Company phoned to discuss or apologise, so we phoned Customer Services to discuss and request a refund. The Company insisted it wasn’t faulty, but it was. I saw it. So again I asked for my money back as per the refund guidance and of course The Sales of Goods Act.
A month on, and numerous calls and emails later to Customer Services, only the Insurance element has been refunded despite verbal pledges and an apologetic email from Customer Services.
So my next step is to claim back the outstanding money owed via my credit card company.
Not the experience I was hoping for.

We completely understand your concerns, particularly after the table could not be successfully assembled on delivery and was subsequently returned. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the issue with the table, you should have received clear and timely communication about what would happen next.
We're especially sorry to hear that you have had to make numerous calls and send emails regarding your refund, and that after a month you are still awaiting the outstanding amount despite the assurances you received. This is not the level of after-sales service we aim to provide.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure your comments regarding the delivery, communication and refund process are shared with the relevant team for review.

Richard & Gregg; the delivery guys were superb
This is a review for Richard and Greg (the delivery guys). These are no ordinary delivery men, this was without doubt the best experience we have had from delivery people.
Richard and Greg didn't just drop off our goods they took meticulous care bringing heavy large furniture into our house and made sure we understood how to disassemble in the future properly. A pair of really polite guys with personality. We definitely got the 'white glove' treatment. They are a massive credit and asset to Lee Longlands. Top quality service lads. I am not one for normally writing reviews - but these two gents were so friendly, they could have stayed for dinner. Genuinely impressed.

Great product, great delivery service
Bought a mattress manufactured by the same company that john lewis uses, same specification but much less expensive. Was told lead time of 6 to 8 weeks and it arrived in around 6 weeks. Received a call on the delivery day to confirm the time frame and the delivery drivers Kane and Lemar were great, checked where it was going, respectful of carpets and anything fragile on their way past. It was a very heavy mattress and they had to work hard! All in all a good purchase and everything went exactly plan.
