Helpful friendly staff
Helpful friendly staff, good prices, especially on the sale items and good comunications and after sales. Zed and Angelia in the Peterborough store were very helpful and the delivery was smooth and efficient thanks to Lee and Nathan. The team coordinated well so our new bed arrived just after the new carpets had been fitted. All from Lee Longlands Peterborough. I highly recommend them.

Great service all round
Our buying experience in the shop was excellent. The salesman's knowledge was good and he went out of his way to research the product we wanted and provide excellent coffee!The delivery experience was also great. The van broke down and the company worked really hard to ensure the furniture was still delivered on the same day. They kept us informed and the three men who delivered the order were pleasant, polite and very efficient. They carried the furniture down our steep steps and unpacked and took away all the packaging really tidily. An excellent experience and we love the furniture. Thank you Lee, Jon and Lamar.

The delivery was handled at a very brisk and efficient pace. Carl did a fantastic job leading the team and set a wonderful, considerate example by taking his shoes off before walking on my carpet, as did Adam. I really appreciated their efficiency and respectful attitude!

Sofas delivery
We had a three seater and two seater sofa on order. The delivery date was a little ahead of schedule, which was nice. On the day, we had a text wth a delivery window and the van turned up promptly. Tom & Mark were friendly and professional and used a lot of care and attention to detail in carrying the items in and setting them up. All packaging was taken away. A very efficient job!

Damaged coffee table delivered
Damaged coffee table delivered – very disappointing
We purchased a coffee table from Lee Longlands after viewing and selecting it in their Abingdon store. Unfortunately, when it was delivered today, it arrived with a large, very noticeable crack across the top and a deep scratch underneath.
Neither of these defects was present when we inspected the table in store. We specifically selected this table based on the condition we saw, and we also paid for delivery, so receiving it significantly damaged is extremely disappointing.
I have contacted Lee Longlands and provided photographs of the damage. I am hoping someone from the management/customer service team can respond promptly and offer a reasonable solution — either a partial refund reflecting the significant damage if we keep the table, or replacement with an undamaged table.
I will update this review once Lee Longlands has responded and hopefully resolved the issue.
