Been with LCN for decades! In the past I have been happy but a few times lately I am getting worried about support and today is bad. I have an emergency and their support is non-existent.
Tried moving a domain to LCN but it was rejected, then again, and now third time its just hanging in limbo. Website and business emails are offline for days.
Nominet says only LCN can fix by accepting the transfer in, or we wait ages for timeout and cancellation. But I am getting not very good and very slow support from LCN. I explained the website and emails are down which is a critical issue but no reply.
Am trying to phone but just on hold, there is no info where I am in the queue.
Update: Following LCN reply below I have called the number but still waiting.
Update 2: I have an account. It is resolved now. I finally called through and someone got someone else to do it. You just need to provide better and faster support as the business website and emails were down for a week.

I’ve been with LCN from the beginning, before in fact when it was Cyber Strider run by Denesh. Overall they have continued to offer a good service, a bit on the expensive side compared to some others, but reliable and the ticket tech support is very good, phone support can take an age and the music is dreadful, overall though all ok. I will keep an eye on their pricing though. Thanks LCN please keep it up 👍

I have been a customer with LCN for many years. I have always been very pleased with the service they provide. Recently the whole platform was upgraded and changed. This was managed very well. The quality of the customer support staff was excellent. The new platform is really great, any changes I make to my websites are instantly reflected online.

The responses I got were helpful and written in a very informative, kindly and thoughtful way. They indicated I should consider a workaround (which I did, successfully) but did not provide a substantive solution to the problem.
