Great service
This is the second time I have used Lazy Carpets and I am so happy again with the service from start to finish. Linda who came out to measure first was so lovely and friendly, Gary and the girls in the office was brilliant sorting out an appointment and was so accommodating organising the appointment around work etc., and the fitters Ryan and John who were excellent, arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished. Very happy with the quality and workmanship from Lazy Carpets. The final result looks great and the team was professional throughout the installation.
A couple of things could be improved: I didn’t love having to call the day before to find out the installation time, and since my lift was broken, they left some mess and materials in the hallway.
That said, they still did a very good job overall and I’m happy with the result.
