We just had a new snacks and hot drinks machine machine installed with cashless payment. Bob was sent over to help with the installation. He was very helpful and satisfactorily answered all the questions we had to ask. Engineer was very knowledgeable and professional. Machine works fine and all the tips he gave on how to operate the machine comes in very handy. Would highly recommend their machines.

I am something of a coffee snob and normally wouldn't touch an instant coffee with a barge-pole. But we were out of 'the real stuff' and I wasn't up for a walk to the th and rich flavour. Lots of deep notes but ones that didn't overpower the rest. Good body and robust but not overly bitter. Even managed a crema on top. Lavazza is a great brand but I was stunned that an instant coffee was this good. coffee shop so I had to make do and boy am I glad I did. This coffee is great. As a coffee a solid 7/10, if I were in a coffee shop 6/10. But for an instant? at least a 9/10 probably a 10/10.
Smooth rich flavour, fully bodied but not bitter even managed a creama. I was stunned that an instant coffee could be this good.

Excellent service. 4 machines installed throughout the building. Instruction given on different machines on filling and cleaning and maintaining them.

I have recently dealt with Emily Dye to order 2 new Lavazza coffee machines for my site.
She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, she kept in touch regularly to let me know what was going on, and she went above and beyond to get my coffee machines delivered in 4 weeks. Amazing service all round by Lavazza.

Adam Bateman is a very efficient, friendly, engineer no problem is to much trouble for him very helpful and pleasant a credit to your company

I called them at short notice about getting an engineer in and he turned up within a couple of hours.
Very good service and polite and helpful on the phone to boot!

I was attended by Tony Pleasant - Engineer - he was very good, he was suppose to order parts for us and come back, as it was important for the machine he some how got hold of the parts and came & fixed the machine , filter and he also cleaned the machine. Excellent service from this engineer. ( Uxbridge ALC)
