Really really poor quality of clothing

Really really poor quality of clothing. I guess I should have known but since they charged reasonable amounts of money for what I was ordering I thought the quality would be better. The two piece pant suit I ordered not only looked nothing like the pictures the one they sent me wasn’t even the color I ordered. The return policy is so convoluted they want you take pictures and go through a back and forth process. I assume this is to dissuade you from returning anything. I am sure that works. It’s a shame that companies will completely lie like this. Please please please do not waste your money!!!!!!

Update: I received a response as you can see from the company asking me for more details about my order. I have emailed the address they provided me with and all the information they asked for. Nothing so far.

Worst quality ever!! Don’t get fool by pictures advertise

Tried to pull a fast one…

The product I was sent could never be mistaken for the product advertised, I’m terribly insulted that they’d send me such a cheap product expecting me to pay $$$ for something not worth $, and not notice? Not complain?
What they sent is made of that flimsy plastic shiny fabric like those 3$ children’s Halloween costumes from Walmart. Which is a far cry from the advertised dress,

Horrible quality clothing do not buy from this website. It is nothing like the pictures.
I tried to get a refund after shipping back their awful/cheap quality product and still have not gotten anything back despite going back and fourth with this company for a month!!! I am working with my credit card company to try to get that back. Buyer beware!!!!!

Despite me sending it back to where it came from i didn’t get a refund!!! Your instructions were not clear. Also i asked for a return label and you sent a return receipt that went inside the box with no further instructions! I paid to ship it back and sent you the tracking number! You offered a 70% refund!! How about answering back to my dispute from Visa!! I heard you haven’t contacted them back!! Before offering that solution you offered 50% discount on future purchase!! Terrible customer service!! Deceiving on the instructions to send package back and horrible resolution options!

Never again!

I bought a number of items from them in mid September of 2023. I purchased the sequined/mirror dress in gold and the V neck mirror sequined pant suit in silver. They indicated both items were in stock and delivery should take 5 to 7 business days from the items leaving the warehouse. That is where my nightmare started. Sometime in late October I got a partial delivery — the dress. The quality was horrendous, it is neither sequined nor mirrored. It was shiny stickers glued over a stretchy flimsy fabric nothing like the picture. I contacted them told them the material was not as described and Wish quality. They went on a on about it indeed being sequined, to send them pics and gave me convoluted instructions about how to return (no address)— intimating to me that after the return with all my time and effort and the money I would need to pay to return the item, it may be better if they offered a 20 percent coupon for a future purchase (dress was like 70 bucks). For some crazy reason even though I would never wear the dress or wish it on someone, I said ok. (Bad choice). I then enquired as to the pantsuit which I still thought would be different or better quality and frankly I was in love with. It had already been over a month since purchase. They stated then that the item was a preorder item, custom made and that is why it was taking longer. I was confused as I ordered a medium and custom made denotes taking my measurements but I was still partially blind to the clear scam and too in love with the suit to give up. At that time (late October) they said I should get it within a few weeks. Nothing came. Mid November, I again contacted their esteemed customer service department — where is the sequined pantsuit, it’s almost 2 months since I ordered it, I need it for the holidays, etc. Response was similar,
( btw on Facebook and their Website item still appeared as in stock in my size), only this time they were more vague about delivery and offered me a small credit for future purchases especially if I picked something else to buy. Suit was supposedly still being built by sloths apparently. I told them no on the credit (never got the coupon/credit they promised me for the dress as it was) and asked them why will a purchase more items if I cannot even get what I originally ordered? Crickets! Followed up again in late November and early December ( at least 3 times), same canned response - item is being custom built, can give you a credit, pick something else etc. By December 10, and close to 3 months after the order, I requested a refund. No response from them. Sent out another email and again I got an offer for a partial credit, so just glad I bought the item through PayPal or I would have lost my money. Even with PayPal and the evidence of their appealing customer service, they had the chutzpah to offer me to settle the dispute for much less than what I had paid. I told Pay Pal —- nope full refund. Of course PayPal decided the dispute in my favor and I got what a paid for the pant suit. Did lose on the dress, but lesson learned. Stay far far away from these thieves. Never again!

The dress I ordered looks nothing like the on the website. It’s a cheap Halloween costume fabric at best! It took a month to arrive and it’s awful!
And, if you ask to return, they try to offer you a discount! I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank now.

Bait and switch

On November 9th, 2023, I ordered two items that were showing "in stock". I thought for sure I would have at least 1 by New Year celebrations. I was right...on Dec 28th, I received the mirrored pant suit. If you look on their site, it shows mirrored panels. What did I get? Well, I am the owner of a pantsuit that is covered in holographic stickers that had already started lifting from the fabric. On their ad, the model has the jacket looking securely closed with no top under it. In reality, had I worn the same way, I would have a lot of new "friends" and a summons to appear in court. The pants were so big and long torso that I had to wear suspenders under the jacket to hold them up or the crotch would have been to my mid thigh.
I ultimately added 3 shoulder pads to the large shoulders and embellishments to spice up my look. I also wore a silver shirt and added another clasp to cover the fact that my pants are now up under the bra itself. This will not be able to be washed, so I partied the night away in a crowded club and did indeed sparkle, but it took creative enhancements on my end.
The 2nd item just arrived on January 10th...the beautiful gold metallic mock turtleneck dress. Again, no actual sequins or embellishments. This dress is an oddly cut gold material with square shapes, nothing more.
I LOVE the ideas they show and would gladly pay what I did for THOSE versions, but to pay what I paid for what I received is insane.
I am planning to try and modify the gold dress by actually putting some gold chainmail over the dress. Sending it back will most surely lead to a headache, so I have chalked it up as lesson learned.
If you are here looking to see if you should try the products from Ladyjuice, let me just say...if they have an AMAZING sale and you don't need anytime soon, AND you simply want a $20 item you can modify...go for it.
To the company, you have FABULOUS pieces on your site. Send us what you are showing to be the item and we, in return, will write amazing reviews and purchase more of your items. But, for me, I am no longer willing to trust you to provide the actual item you display.

Don't Order from Them! I got a cheap knock off of the original

I have requested to return my purchase as it is nothing like what I ordered. I promptly responded to your email for more information. I have messaged on FB asking for a refund and I have gotten no response. The outfit I received is a horrible knock off of what was pictured on your website, the confirmation email I received, the email stating my item had shipped and even the email saying my item was delivered. It looks only vaguely similar to all of the pictures. I ordered the same outfit in black from a different company with the same pictures you use and it looks just like the pictures. The pink outfit I received from you does not look like the pictures at all. I'll be happy to share my pictures with everyone so that nobody makes the same mistake I did. Since you refuse to refund my money I will make it my mission to warn everyone to stay far away from making a purchase with you, I will dispute the charges on my credit card and I will leave a negative review in every possible place I can find in hopes that someone does not get taken the way I have.

Bought 2 dresses. Both nothing like advertised. No refund given.

I purchased two dresses from them and neither looked anything like the pics on their website. One dress was advertised as rhinestones and it was cheap glitter that was not even well glued on. It covered my floor and I cannot imagine it would last through one wear and wash.
The other dress was sheer in the website picture but the actual dress was solid and an odd color, nothing like my skin tone.
Both dresses were oddly sized and not even close to a size small. They were large in the shoulders, chest, waist and while one was freakishly short, the other was freakishly long.
The worst part was the customer service as I have been trying to get a refund. I have never been so harassed and had my integrity questioned so offensively. They are demanding photos to provide proof as to why I hate their dresses so much. It's not enough they have wasted my time, disappointed me for the holidays and had my money for months. They are now making me jump through hoops to try to get my money back and I have not been successful so far. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Response to their response:
I don't know what "rigorous quality checks" you perform but it certainly did not include checking to see if the rhinestones were not actually glitter. Nor did it include checking to see if the glue was effective.
Your request for photos and barcodes from the original plastic trash packages "for verification Purposes" is over burdensome and unnecessary. Other companies to do make such unreasonable demands. Why in the world would I say the trash plastic baggie the dress was wrapped in once I have opened it? You have my order information. I just want to send you back this merchandise that looks nothing like your advertised pictures. Here is what has been requested to make this return even though I have already filled out this information on your website when I requested to make this return. Why are you making me duplicate and triplicate my efforts?

(The product you return needs to be in original and intact condition. Items should be put in the original bags that have the product codes.)
(1)Print the attachment and fill in the columns of “reason for return”, “logistic carrier” and “tracking No.”
(2) Take a clear photo of the form and then put it into the parcel.
(3) Take a clear photo of the delivery note and tracking number.

I wish I had checked Scam Watcher before I had placed this order. I recommend anybody considering placing an order with Ladyjuice to check Scam Watcher's review of this company.

I was HORRIFIED at the poor quality. It looks like a child's craft project.
I wouldn't wear it to a pajama party.
It looks NOTHING like the photos!
There was no need to open the clear packaging once I saw
the product. So, it is untouched; in it's original sealed packaging.
