Sri Lanka beach and safari holiday
Just used Kuoni to book a beach and safari trip to Sri Lanka. I must say Hannah from Kuoni went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, arranged all the safaris, various accommodation and all the transfers. Nothing was too much trouble.

Superb holiday booking experience.
What a wonderful experience booking our trip of a lifetime to the Far East.
Sadie was a delight to deal with and helped us decide on hotels and cities to visit as we had no experience of where to stay for the best locations.
Kerry was also extremely helpful to us and guided us to an alternative hotel in one of our stops using her own experience to help us make the best choice.
We can highly recommend Kuoni to anyone looking for great guidance and help for achieving the best holiday trip.

Winter get away…
I’ve never encountered any issues when travelling through Kuoni. Their staff are always pleasant and very helpful. The level of service I have found is excellent. I could have booked the holiday myself but Kuoni take all the stress and hassle go away. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish Neil Kemble at Chester Store was exceptional. His expertise in travel blew us away, he was very knowledgeable in travel having travelled a lot.

Amazing experience
From start to finish the experience with Kuoni has been amazing, was able to book a time slot on line and met Colin at the store, he was really knowledgable and helpful and discussed at length with us what we wanted from the holiday and because of his experience he made lots of great suggestions.
Once we received the quote we changed and tweaked it a number of times so as to get it just right and have now booked.
A fantastic experience and I am sure it will continue.
