Amazing customer service! I chose Royal Mail 48 for delivery and it was there within 2 days which was quicker than expected! Sweets fresh and well presented, also packed live for me on tiktok. I will defiantly be ordering again soon thanks so much guys!

Best sweet shop around
Best sweet shop around, you can see lives which shows they follow all hygiene requirements. My children can choose the sweets they like and I have peace of mind 100s of people haven't touched them. There is something for everyone here, the guys a super friendly and always looks after their customers. Highly recommended 👌

Highly recommend this company to anyone for any confectionary needs!
Not only do they have a huge range of sweets available. They have a fudge and a massive American section (including but not limited to sweets, crisps and soda). Allows you the opportunity to try things you wouldn't normally find in your local shop.
In addition, they cater to those with additional needs such as having the following ranges;
VT - Vegetarian,
VG - Vegan,
H - Halal,
GF - Gluten Free,
DF - Dairy Free, and
GLF - Gelatine Free!
Furthermore, the competitive prices this company offers is second to none. The 5kg box for £39.99 allowing up to 50 different options. This works out at 79p per 100 grams. I can assure you now that you won't find prices like that anywhere else! Truly is madness!
The customer service from the company is second to none. Quick responses to queries and they never mess you about. Should you have any requirements they will try to accommodate everything possible.
Best for last. You get the unique opportunity to engage with the team daily. They are always live on Tik Tok @KrazyKandiOnline and you can even see your own order being packed live in front of your eyes. If your lucky enough to be there when they do it they certainly look after you chucking in some freebies from time to time.
I couldn't fault them at all and it's great to see them doing really well and keeping busy! What a great and fantastic team they have.

Hi Kieran, we are really sorry to hear this review. i have looked into this for yourself and note you ordered this on the 28th for next working day delivery this would be the 1st of June i believe you missed this delivery and was advised to collect from the Local post office this was collected by yourself on the 7th. Other than this review this is the first time ourselves have heard about this problem if you would of contacted ourselves earlier we could of looked into a bit sooner and helped you come to a solution. Other than this we here at Krazy Kandi hope you really enjoy your order.

Very fast delivery even on standard delivery. Everything I ordered came and also a little bag of extra sweets.... who doesn’t love free sweets lol. Definitely recommend.

The guys at KrazyKandi are amazing! They upgraded my order when they didn’t have certain items in stock which was a nice touch and a brilliant way to apologise.
My only issue with the order was down to Parcel force which KrazyKandi use as their courier. But will pick that up with parcel force directly.
In terms of the products amazing! Ordered a 1kg fizzy mix as part of my order and it didn’t last long at all!

Recently ordered the £50 mystery box and it definitely didn’t disappoint! So much variety of sweets chocolate and drinks, arrived the following day and these guys just went above and beyond as they always do!
