Heyy Keisha sorry to hear about the problems you faced and i'm so sorry for this, i can see from your order that you ordered on the Thursday evening which wouldn't get shipped until the next day which would be Friday and i can see this delivery was signed for on the Monday at 08:00am. As Per our website https://www.krazykandi.co.uk/Delivery If your order is placed after 1pm we will not be able to ship until the next day but also only ship Monday - Friday so if an order is shipped on a Friday it will not arrive until Monday due to our delivery partners not delivering on a weekend.

Great company who provide an excellent customer service. They value every customer no matter how big their order.
They have a huge selection of crisps and snacks to chose from and you always get over the weight you pay for. Have made a few purchases with these guys and will definitely be making more.

Amazing fresh products that arrived faster than promised. I've placed several orders and everything has been really tasty and melt in the mouth. KrazyKandi never fail to deliver amazing products!! First class People and products. Have tried a few people selling sweets…
Have tried a few people selling sweets of different types but this site met all my expectations and beyond.
Sweets first class..nicest ones I've ever had
Ordering to delivery..spot on. Sent sweets out within hours of ordering. Very well.packaged.
Also you can see them Packing the orders and I noticed their hygiene standards were five star..spotlessly clean..changing gloves each order..sanitising etc..which is a must for picky little me.
Have passed the guys name onto friends and family with promise they'll nit be disappointed...and now we all.order from.them.
They're getting people from.all over world watching them now and I would say as soon as you can deliver internationally...go for it as you have such good choice of sweets.
Will I buy again...excuse me while I finish my 4th order from.them.
