Krazy Kandi Ltd Omdömen 

Ordered a product from Amazon, that was from Krazy Kandi. What i recieved was not what I originally ordered. It seems Amazon shows two positive and one negative review from this company. Yet looking elsewhere. The reviews are seriously bad. A valuable lesson was learnt. Trust no one, especially a company With yhe letter starting A !! As for krazy kandi....Scam. scam, scam.

I ordered a box of Lions Wine Gums, never received them and have tried emailing company 4 times and 3 phone calls.....guess what no response! Terrible customer service and wont be using them ever again...
So sad that you treat customers so badly!

I ordered 2 tubs of Classic Treats, but received a pack of toffee sweets. I requested for a return/refund but got no response. This seller is fraud. Must be avoided.

Order for tub of space floater sweets but received a tub of large lollipops which I don't like. Refund required but not received yet.

I ordered Barratts jelly spogs. From Amazon… I received jelly spogs from Krazy Kandi which are awful. I will be complaining to Amazon.

I recently ordered Cander Cosmic saucers at a cost of £22.97
They were damp and the sherbet left a very unpleasant taste in your mouth.There was no sell by date on the container so I wonder if they are out of date

I ordered 740g of terrific turtles and was sent a tub consisting of 480g yet you still charged me £11.99. Please explain. I can’t even contact you to get a refund

Ordered a tub of sweets through Amazon with prime delivery, the delivery never came. I contacted them through Amazon and was told an investigation would take place and I would hear back from them within 72 hours. I chased a week later. It is now 4 weeks later. No delivery and a message on Amazon from them saying they are glad to have helped?!?

It appears the company is going down hill from reading reviews and they are only out to take everyone’s money.

I would not recommend to anyone if they were giving sweets away for free.

Sweets arrived wet. Packaging was dry. Complained immediately with photos. Response was that if I returned them (at my expense) they would refund 20% of the cost of the sweets. Not good enough!

Really poor. I ordered a 1kg bag of sweets and got 800g.

Then having thought I had purchased from.anoyher supplier I ordered the same sweets, which came from this company again via amazon. This time the sweets were like seconds. Melted, sticky and inedible. Really disappointing & poor quality. I will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered a 500 gram box of mint toffee through Amazon when it came the box was opened and a lot of the contents was missing. I was told by Amazon that it couldn't be replaced.I am very disappointed because I paid £8.00 for 500 grams but only received 300 grams.

Placed an order it arrived was happy, I then realised I had some sweets that were out of date on the packet, I contacted them and they said they would refund me for the sweets, few days later still nothing, I was kind about it and mentioned they might want to check the box so it doesn’t happen to another customer, two weeks later still no refund, in the end I said don’t bother as the refund would of only been a couple quod and it wasn’t about the money it was the principal of it. Won’t use them again.

Placed a order am still waiting to receive have messaged the seller only to be ignored and have no reply

Good selection of products. Unfortunately some ran out stocks and i couldnt order the amount i want.
One long lolly was broken in the package. Emailed them but no reply.
