The product is excellent(sliding wire baskets) can’t say the same about the delivery,we ordered 4,2 came within a few days,one week later we received the third eventually another week later we received the forth.

Excellent experience. I recently bought a new sink and tap from Kitchen Fittings Direct and it was such a hassle free experience from ordering to cost. I was very happy with the price of both. They were delivered within 2 days and the quality is excellent. I will definitely shop here again and will highly recommend it.

Lack of communication and Product
Generic email received to suggest shipping issue and they would update, I emailed them 1 week later to ask for an update to be told they are sending it again, then to be told 3 days later it had been lost by the courier, they then proceeded to offer a refund or replacement. I choose refund. I don't believe the product was ever available and ever shipped.
