Major administrative failings
I called up to your warehouse in finglas to exchange my original perches. But I had to do the whole exchange on line.
I had to buy a new product and ask for the original one to be refunded. I’m still waiting for the refund.
This was madness, the stock is in the same building as me and the guys who run the on line side of things were also in the same building.
Why couldn’t the exchange be done there and then??

We're an online-only business, so we don't have a showroom or a counter for in-person exchanges only have a collection point.
All returns exchanges and refunds need to be arranged in advance by email so the order stock and payment records can be handled properly as mentioned on our return/refund policy.
Daniel explained this to you when you called to the warehouse and asked you to email us with all the information and we can sort this out right away for you.
We understand it wasn't the quick swap you were hoping for.
Your refund has been looked into right now and should reach your account within 3-5 working days. If you haven't received it by then, please email us and we'll look into it straight away.

Terrible service
Terrible service, order is now days late and still hasn't been shipped. A polite email asking for a shipping date was answered with " due to back log we will ship it when we can" . No estimate date. No apology for the delay. It's not acceptable.
