Parcel was sent promptly and kettle was great

Ordered a tefal dual basket air fryer. It arrived fast but packaged inside a mouldy and damp box. Thankfully it was inside a plastic bag but the box was wet and smelly, looked like it was water damaged to start with. Thankfully air fryer was okay and works well.

The item was as new but at a much reduced cost, also, delivery was very quick

Sadly the large metal kitchen bin that we ordered arrived with dents on every side. I’ve managed to pop some out but others are just too deep. Bin still works (obviously) but looks terrible. Would have liked an apology and an offer of a little money off as way of making right but sadly not to be - only offer was to go to the hassle of returning. Shame. They were cheaper than others sites - I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap and damaged.

Graded Item damaged, would not replace, had to return item at own cost. Delivery cost stated at £5.99 actual delivery £16.00. Item not as advertised.

I was looking at the tv last night for pans. This morning I tried to order pans, sorry sold out.I checked your company and yes you had what I required and a lot less expensive that the same item on Amazon. So yes I ordered from you, the ordering and purchase was dead easy so thank you.

Ordered a brand new toaster at a good price and it was delivered the following day. Unfortunately the toaster had a large dent in the side. I contacted the seller and they blamed the damage on the courier. The outer box that the toaster arrived in was undamaged but the inner box was clearly damaged. I strongly suspect that the toaster was damaged before it was dispatched. When I contacted the seller they insisted that it was the courier and requested multiple photographs of the damaged toaster, the packaging, the inner box and the outer box. I felt that the customer service contact was rude and unhelpful. After a few emails, they agreed to send me a returns label so that I could return the damaged product. I was told that the QR code for the return would only be valid for 48 hours and it was emailed to me on a Friday. After that, I would be responsible for the cost of the return. I did manage to send it that day (via the post office) but it then took another two weeks for my refund to be processed. I was also informed that a restocking fee may be applied, although it was not (it would have been illegal as the item was damaged). I ordered a replacement from a different seller and received the item quickly and in perfect condition. I would not buy from Kettle and toaster man again. I wish that I had read the reviews more thoroughly before I ordered from them. I didn’t want a replacement from them as I didn’t trust that the replacement would not be damaged too.

Great item and the cheapest I could find online. The delivery window was five days but it came the very next day so I’m very happy. I will check the Kettle and Toaster man for future purchases

Beware of this company. They charged a 15% stocking fee for an item returned the day after purchase, which was dirty and not in a good refurbished condition. They point you to the return policy but this should not overwrite my consumer rights, they should not have charged a restocking fee.

The heater didn't heat up and it was a real pain to get a refund :(

Ordered a new Kettle from this company and everything went smoothly from Ordering the kettle to receiving it 2 days later. When it arrived it was exactly what i hoped it would be and what i wanted.

I was a bit worried as the box the toaster was in was all damaged but I didn't need to worry as the toaster was ok. Very quick delivery. Thank you.
