PLEASE READ THIS....this company are miles better than any online company before. I ordered one of their personalised glasses and made a mistake of ordering 2 of the same glass, they knew I had made a mistake and took time to contact me to confirm my order. Then their customer service was outstanding, corrected my mistake and I received the glass the next day, fabulous quality, fantastic price and wonderful customer experience. I would like to thank them so much.

Really good quality Cheeseboard engraved beautifully. Arrived in pristine condition well wrapped. Bought for a gift .Tried to add photo but would'nt let me.

Ordered a personalised photo frame for a wedding gift, ordered satin presentation box to go with it, received photo frame but no box (£5.99) emailed and was told they don’t do the box in this size!! WHY TAKE THE MONEY THEN?? Obviously now have to wait for refund (7days) had notification today refund for £5.09?? Very strange way of doing business! Have been using this company for quite a few years, will now have to rethink my options

Gifts fine, you pay for gift wrap and get it in a crap box, not just gift wrap either i paid £7 for a better gift wrap, and it’s came in bubble wrap absolutely awful

I wanted a tee shirt printing with a mortif and lettering. It was a fun tee for my son. I requested next day delivery and I got it. Exceptional service 👏 👌

Stocked exactly the product I was hoping to find. Appreciate the extremely quick turnaround of 4 days from order to delivery, especially right before Christmas, as this was a last-minute present. Arrived in perfect condition with lovely engraving and great gift wrapping. Will be a returning customer!

Haven't recieved my order. Been emailing for over a week with no response.

Item ordered at the end of November, was told on the 6th of December it was on the way, still not received it and communication is non existent. Now don't have a Christmas gift I promised I would get.

Absolutely brilliant. I can't recommend them enough. Their customer service is brilliant. I emailed them to ask if they could turnaround a personalised gift urgently for Xmas! They responded immediately and It arrived the very next day! The gift, a personalised beer glass was perfect, great quality and came in a lovely box which I think I paid a tiny bit more for but was well worth it. Very happy indeed!

Fast delivery. Ordered Christmas sacks for dogs with photos on. Didn’t expect great quality for price, but they are fantastic quality. Absolutely thrilled with them. Definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered two baubles with identical pictures. One was blurry, the other perfect. Got in touch with the company late Sunday afternoon, they replied almost instantly (must have been within 5 minutes) apologising and saying they will have another sent to be delivered on the Tuesday. Well by midday on Monday it had already arrived. I don't even know how its possible that they managed to get it turned around this quickly, especially as this was on 17th December so a time when deliveries can be delayed too. Thank you so much, will definitely use them in future. Outstanding customer service and product as expected!

The most friendly, prompt and professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a gift for a friend of mine and I unfortunately uploaded the wrong logo for engraving. I emailed to ask if I could change the logo. Which they quickly responded asking me to send the correct logo over, not only did they go the extra mile put my order on hold until the correct logo was sent through. The correct logo was the wrong format and they converted it for me saving me time and hassle. 10/10 all round brilliant service!

Ordered 2 personalised frames from them and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately 1 of the frames engraving wasn’t clear in the middle, I emailed them and they replied first thing the next morning asking for a photo of the engraving. As soon as I sent that, they’ve emailed back saying a replacement will be dispatched to me the same day.

Mistakes happen but the customer service to handle it has been AMAZING! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
