Bought a lead crystal engraved decanter I can't say how pleased we were with it ..top class

Ordered an engraved glass tankard on a Sunday and it arrived 2 days later on Tuesday. Excellent quality and beautifully presented in a gift box wrapped in tissue futher wrapped in a gift bag so it did not need further giftwrapping. 1st class service and will be our 1st choice for personalised gifts.

Paid for 24 hour royal mail tracked, they don't give you a tracking number. I messaged today to find where the item is they sad royal mail is down so they can't track but should be here today or tomorrow....it was due today and didn't arrive. Looking we others reviews they have the same issue of no tracking even when you pay extra for that option.

Ordered some children’s cutlery engraved it arrived with perfect timing great quality Service. The only one thing I would recommend to the company is to offer alternative coloured material under the cutlery for girls or boys. I changed mine from grey box and grey satin pink satin which has made a great impression.

I have been regularly purchasing engraved glasses for more than ten years now and very single time I am most delighted for the attention paid to details. Recently when I found that a glass was broken (fault of Royal Mail), they most happily sent a replacement within a day - well done for superb customer service and prompt after sales care.

I would highly recommend Keep it Personal. I had two 18th birthday’s in the family and wanted something they could keep. I looked on this company’s website and ordered a glass tankard which I had engraved with my grandsons name, Happy 18th Birthday and a message. I also bought a beautiful stemmed glass for my granddaughter which had a stunning heart cut into the glass with 3 Swarovski stones. This I also had engraved. Ordering was so easy. You could type in what you wanted engraved on the glass and choose which style of print you wanted. You could also review what the engraving looked like on the glass before placing your order. I was kept well informed about my delivery and it was delivered in less than 48 hours.
The glasses were well packed and very secure.
I was so thrilled when I opened the tankard, it was heavy and the engraving looked fabulous. I also ordered the gift box’s and bag’s and so looked lovely and expensive when I packed it. Our grandson was so thrilled when he received it. Our granddaughter glass is absolutely stunning and I’m sure she will also be thrilled when she receives it. I can not praise this company high enough. I am so happy with my purchases.

I purchased crystal champagne glasses for my son's graduation. I wanted the university logo on the front of them too and I emailed Keep It Personal to make sure it could be done. They were extremely helpful. When the glasses arrived they were better than I expected as the photo on the website doesn't do them justice. I will be purchasing from here in the future.

Ordered 3 engraved vases. They were so perfectly wrapped and put in boxes.
Vases are made in EU. It made me so happy as they arent from the far east.

I ordered a tankard with photo and writing on, there was a slight problem with fading in the writing, not enough to request a refund, I wrote about this in my review, I then was contacted by Emma who requested a photo, after doing this she apologised and has sent a new tankard, in this day and age the after care from this company is excellent! They actually care if their customer are happy and satisfied, would highly recommend this company

Her response was fast and effective and the service time was super speedy.

Amazing service from start to finish!
I ordered an personalised engraved glass and also a photo mug and coaster set for my sister's 40th Birthday.
The items were were dispatched and delivered promptly, well packaged and were of high quality.
The coaster was missed off the delivery, but this was sorted really quickly by Emma and sent out for delivery the next day! Thank you!
