I ordered two pair of shorts both 34 waist one pair was correct the other pair said they were 34 waist but they would not fit miles to small

When things go wrong
Goods damaged in transit and didn’t arrive. Taken it up with couriers and just golfonline. Just seen reply saying replacement goods sent out in Feb. I was not made aware of this and nothing ever arrived. Nothing more I can do as no reply to follow up emails.
