We’re sorry to see you haven’t had any luck winning a prize with us so far.
As we are a new raffle site, we are still building a following base which in comparison to other sites who have been running for years, will be noticeably and considerably smaller.
Since we started drawing competitions in mid Feb 26, we have gained a core group of very loyal customers.
Some of them won straight away, which of course motivates them to enter more draws and we have gained more along the way. Most of our core and loyal customers have spent thousands of pounds with us on their tickets over multiple competitions which obviously will higher their chances of a win rate because they have more tickets in the draw.
Everyone has the same odds but your chances improve when you enter with the maximum number of tickets available. For example, if a competition sells out, the odds at full entry can be as low as 10/1. If only half the tickets are sold and one person holds the maximum allocation, those odds can improve even further to around 5/1.
As we run around 30 comps a week, it won't be uncommon to see the same names in the draws. While it would be great if every draw had a completely new winner, this isn’t something we’re able to influence.
We understand that its frustrating to enter a competition and not win.
If you’d prefer to continue playing with a bit more control, you can set personal spending limits within the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Many customers find this helps keep things enjoyable and balanced, which is exactly what we aim for.
Looking further into your account, I can see you have only purchased tickets for a competition that has not even drawn yet and is not due to do so until May 28th.
