I ordered a fantastic quality table, quick delivery date, and came on time, however 1 table leg was wrong, Leanne P at customer services corrected this for me, immediately and delivered the next, she treated me as a person not a customer number, what an asset she is to the company

I had an issue with a product supplied by Amazon and I reached out to Julian Bowen and Leanne P was most helpful and within 24 hours had resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thanks Leanne.

I had a problem with a broken part. Stacey was incredibly helpful staying on the phone whilst she reviewed the damage from my photograph. She arranged for a new part to be sent out immediately. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I should also say I bought 2 of these side tables and I am delighted with the product which looks far more expensive than it was.

I called Julian Bowen seeking bed fixings for a 2nd hand mid sleeper child’s bed which were missing when I bought it. The product was discontinued and my expectations of success were not high.
I spoke with Stacy Clarke at customer services who went above and beyond to source the parts I required. All the way through the process her communication was excellent as was her product knowledge. Stacy did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it. I have rarely experienced such exceptional customer care. We are now looking at additional new products from their catalog as a result

Absolutely awful I ordered bed from next - it said 4-5 days delivery-they sent an email which went to my junk mail and then never followed delivery up - they then said delivery wasn’t possible in the timescale and I had to wait 9 days for delivery -awful customer service and not helpful at all -will not be buying from them ever again - in the meantime my son is sleeping on the mattress on the floor after spending £500 on a new bed which can’t be delivered on time

Couldn’t be happier - purchased a dining table and chairs for argos one of the chair legs split - argos said I would have to send the full set back and reorder - I rang Julian Bowen customer services who promptly sent a new chair out within 48 hours - they couldn’t have been more helpful 10/10 for everything Ps thd dining table and chair is perfect thank you

Delighted with the quality of the dressing table. You can tell you’re dealing with a good company by how they react to a problem. In our case it was with the delivery. Leanne got in touch and dealt sympathetically and professionally to put things right. Also went the extra mile to source some additional drawer knobs to put on some older furniture to match the new item. First class - many thanks!

Bought a "Barcelona" style bunk bed which is quoted as for ages 6+yrs for "active children". My 7yr old used it for one night, and then the following day was sat READING , leaning against the upper side rail.and the entire rail split where it attached to the post and she fell injuring her arm on the wood. Really disappointed, NOT fit for purpose and frankly dangerous!

Many thanks to Leanne P for here prompt response to and for resolving my issue. Would certainly consider buying another Julian Bowen bed at some point in future.

Ordered a Gatsby ottoman bed, got a standard double bed with no storage. Waiting for somebody to resolve and will update review when more heard.

Edit: So. The frame that was delivered but was wrong. Was advised by Julian Bowen that I could have it, if I was prepared to wait until June/July 2024. As I had ordered in December, I wasn’t prepared to wait a total of 6 months for a frame. So. The supplier I ordered through suggested some alternatives from Julian Bowen, none of which I liked. Order was cancelled and an alternative from another manufacturer has now been delivered. It ISN’T the bed I wanted, but I’ve had to settle for it as I need a frame. I don’t understand why businesses advertise products they can’t sell. I can’t say I’m very happy. Every time I walk into my bedroom I see the bed I don’t want and blame JB and the supplier for this. Sorry, but if you can’t provide a product, you should update the distribution channels and remove the product from sale on their websites. JB might consider it resolved, but only to their satisfaction, not mine.

After an initial misunderstanding I spoke with Amy from JB Customer Services who went above and beyond the support and help I was expecting. Thank you Amy, your kindness and understanding means so much at this time for me and my family.

Needed a spare leg for my heated massage chair and never thought I would one. Contacted Julian Bowan Directly and got a pair within a week and very well priced, thank you so much!
