Item never arrived and then I had to fight to get my money back which took them 28 days!

I ordered a wooden bbq shelter in May 2021. It was delivered in July 2021, but it wasn't the one I ordered. I contacted the company on the day of delivery by email. They said that they would collect it and refund my money. I am still waiting. They don't answer my emails. They never answer the phone. They have a recorded message telling you to email them. Steer clear of them. Don't waste your money. Bunch of crooks

Goods not in stock and customer service is non existent. Avoid at all cost.

Never received anything, not even a refund. No answer to emails or calls. Nothing. Avoid this company! Scam.

Still chasing for a refund

Ordered a Garden Shed on 19 May; due to increasing delay the order was cancelled at end June.
So far, JTF has refused to repay using various excuses.

e.g. we have changed our banking systems and so cannot refund you back onto the card you have paid with !

Do not buy anything from this company! Placed an order for gravel, a month later having heard nothing about delivery we went to contact them to see where our order was. We then came across hundreds of recent reviews from other customers who had not received their items either. When we called customer service the line cut off. We then tried their fb page to discover that they had turned off comments on all posts to stop angry customers getting in touch! They also did not respond to emails! We tried contacting our local store who were very unhelpful and rude. We ended up having to request that our bank perform a chargeback in order to get the £120 we paid returned. Never received any explanation about why our money was taken and no goods provided!

Item wasn't delivered as scheduled. Had to chase many times for an update by email. Unable to reach by phone. Eventually received a refund a number of weeks later, with no explanation.

Service was terrible, 4 wks delivery took, rang numerous times to be told different excuses and one woman was so rude i put the phone down. Nobody had a clue or cared where my products were or when they would be dispatched!!!

Great service and product, kept up to date with delivery date.

Not sure why I am being asked for review
A) have never received the product I purchased at £268 order placed on 18/05/21
B) have asked 5 times for refund with zero response

Very happy with my autumn leaves plates, just as described and they were packed very well for transit.

Great product direct from the manufacturer at a price no-one else could match.

Bit shocked that I’m being asked to provide a review for a company that took my money and didn’t provide the item that ordered

Arrived on delivery date and time stated and the guys who delivered where polite n took my garden set into my back garden which was helpful.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the table in the set had a piece broken off it. It's not too noticeable so didn't bother reporting it but other than that I love my purchase and would recommend to others.

I ordered a gas bbq 8 weeks ago which I still haven't received even though you have my money and haven't replied to any of my emails even though you have generated ticket numbers and knew that the purchase was for a special birthday. Appauling Company and nil Customer service. I will never order from you again.
