Faulty Cleverspa

We bought a Cleverspa Monte Carlo from the Range in January 2021. The heater stopped working in August 2021. I contacted the Range customer service and was told that I have to deal directly with Cleverspa under the warranty. After many emails Cleverspa eventually replied to me in September 2021 and the Spa was collected October 4th 2021. I have now been told that it will take up to 28 working days to return. My contract was with the Range who sold me the product. They washed their hands of any responsibility. I would urge people not to buy expensive products from the Range because they don't want to refund your money should they turn out to be faulty. Disgusting customer service. We won't be spending another penny in The Range

I can confirm that we do not offer any warranty on any of our products; however, we would always look to assist you in line with Trading Law. Trading Law states we have to look into all manufacturing defects for up to 6 years, within the first 6 months the purchase it is on the retailer to prove there is no fault; however, after the first 6 months this responsibility then becomes the customers. As this item is over 6 months old, we would advise you to contact Clever Spa who holds the warranty for this product so you can resolve any issues. I hope you will consider shopping with the Range in the future as we would like the opportunity to prove that this was not indicative of the service we offer. I apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience.

My cleverspa stopped working in August

My cleverspa stopped working in August. It was eventually collected for repair on 4th October 2021. The turnaround time for repair was 14 working days. I have a phone call this morning from Cleverspa saying that the turnaround Time is now 21-28 working days. This means that I will have lost over 3 months warranty. When I queried this I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. This firm has conned many people out of their hard earned cash you selling products that are not fit for purpose. Shame on you Cleverspa

Don't bother

I ordered a wooden bbq shelter in May 2021. It was delivered in July 2021, but it wasn't the one I ordered. I contacted the company on the day of delivery by email. They said that they would collect it and refund my money. I am still waiting. They don't answer my emails. They never answer the phone. They have a recorded message telling you to email them. Steer clear of them. Don't waste your money. Bunch of crooks

Doesn't heat up

The heater has stopped working. I have sent emails, but only had one response saying they are looking in to it. Terrible service
