Jolee Tablecloths Omdömen 

I found jolee fabrics quite by accident. I’m so very pleased I did. At first I couldn’t quite see the fabrics as they were on a video. In no time at all following a request, Lee provided me with screenshots. The fabric is of incredible quality and extremely good value for money. The service and delivery is second to none. I’ve ordered a couple of times and will definitely be ordering again.

I purchased a lot of fabric and oilcloth for my small business from Jolee. The owners are amazing, always willing to help in any way they can. The range they sell is good. Deliveries are prompt.

The company are very helpful and considerate and keep you up to date with everything to do with your order, and there oil cloth is superb

Ordered 2 tablecloths but one was out of stock. They didn’t post the one which was in stock and stated it would be available before Christmas. Neither arrived so I have been given a refund but still have no tablecloths for Christmas. Very disappointed.

We have had high expectations from this company after paying £60 for the tablecloth but unfortunately, this product was very disappointing. There are such types of tablecloths sewed from two pieces in the middle creating an ugly bump across the table. Maybe it is my fault I am not fluent in English or haven't spent my youth around sewing but after kindly requesting a return I was referred to the impossible-to-return T&Cs (only if there is an issue from their end) and denied to return this low-quality ugly piece of art. Anyway, my mother-in-law brought from Hungary a 100% cotton better looking, no leftover jointing of pieces in the middle, tablecloth that costs just a fraction of what this cost me. Truth be told this is a lesson of reviewing companies in Tripadvisor before purchasing. All said I will take this on the chin as £60 would not make a difference in my life but will not purchase it again from this company, nor would recommend it. Thanks to the person who mentioned Dunelm as they have great products with even better customer service. Merry X Mass to everyone, including the Jolee staff!

My first time purchasing. I live in the USA. Item came not as described. I ordered oilcloth, got cheap vinyl (available at Amazon for cheap.)Product dirty, packaging filthy. Unusable. No apology or refund. False advertising, unacceptable customer service wanted me to spend more than item worth to send back overseas. Be careful

Ordered a table cloth to replace current one. After a month, I was emailed to be told that the last roll they had was faulty and they weren't going to be able to get another one!
Really disappointed as was pleased to find cloth the same as the very battered one I need to replace.
A full refund or alternative cloth has been offered but really would like a new tablecloth in time for Christmas, so will seek an alternative supplier. And seek a full refund.

Delighted with my Orla Kiely tomato floral oilcloth with boxed corners and bias binding which looks wonderful on my kitchen table.

Excellent service from start to finish. I initially ordered 4 oilcloth samples which were free, then went on to order a table cloth which arrived promptly , on a roll rather than folded which was brilliant! Really pleased with it, thank you!

We have a table from the 1950s which has seen better days, but I am very attached to it and it is the ideal size for the kitchen in our new house. An oil cloth fitted tablecloth in a beautiful pattern seemed the solution. After a few hiccups with the sizing, we messaged the company and they explained how to input the sizes. Two days later a fabulous tablecloth appeared in the post- perfect fit. Thank you!

Just received my 'wipe clean' tablecloth and I'm very disappointed. Thin material which is very shiny! It was folded into a small square so is covered in folds which haven't come out! (My previous Dunelm tablecloth was cheaper and of much better quality).

Very poorly sewn tablecloth, clearly done in a hurry. The stitching wasn’t straight, and had bits of thread sticking out everywhere. I think I could’ve done better with 10 minutes of instruction on how to use a sewing machine.

The first tablecloth I ordered went missing. Unanswered emails. I had to phone, and to be fair when I did they sorted it out quickly. The second one took a few days to make and finally arrived 2 weeks after my initial order. No discount or voucher code.

I think this business is clearly struggling. They really need better after sales care and to do some basic quality control and get better machinists, perhaps from abroad?

I won’t be ordering any more tablecloths.

Not only are we completely satisfied with your product ( Grey/ Blue/ Pink oil tablecloth ) but your customer service is definetly 100% +.
Entirely our fault we measured in inches and ordered in cm, you refunded our money without hesitation, and again the new order was delivered promptly.
Would most certainly recommend your company to our family and friends. Wish more companies treated their customers as you do.

I cant thank Ethan and the Team enough. Our brief was out of the ordinary, but was met with a positive Helpful response. The product was perfect, Great value and processed really quickly. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I ordered an Orla Kiely table Cloth for £50. On the website it states:
'Oilcloth as standard does not come with a hemmed edge. Here at Jolee we believe that your Orla Kiely should come with a stylish finished edge with complimentary bias-binding hemmed edge with every order.'
I interpreted this as meaning the table cloth would come with complimentary bias binding, as in free of charge and I ordered on this basis. I have since been advised by the company that,
'The bias binding hemmed edging is not included as standard on our tablecloths. The statement shows our thoughts/recommendation that you should order a tablecloth with bias binding which comes in a complimentary colour to the chosen tablecloth design. If you wish to, you can send this back to us to have this added on but there would be an additional cost of £21 + Shipping back to you.'
I feel the statement on the website is extremely misleading to customers and the response from customer service not particularly helpful or supportive. Especially when I had stated I required the tablecloth for an event I am holding in 2 days.
Really disappointing.

Needed an extra large tablecloth. Great customer service & advice. Beautifully made with addition of edge braid. Good quality oil cloth that doesn't stain as easily as cheaper versions and doesn't curl (and collect dirt) around the edge.

Avoid - weird stains appear within days! These cloths are NOT wipe clean - they mark and stain!! I ordered one cloth, noticed a strange red mark so assumed we had bean careless, ordered another one was super careful. Same thing stange red marks appeared after a day. After a lot of back and forth and returning the two tablecloth to them Jolee agreed to send me a replacement (no refund offered!) and same thing has happened again. They tried to blame it on the cleaning spray (all natural products) I used but this is rubbish as we didn’t use any spray just water with the third one. I’ve emailed again and had no reply. Over £100 spent and all I have is one marked and unusable tablecloth (Jolee kept the two I purchased and returned to them).

I can't fault Jolee Tablecloths. I have an extending table, so it meant having a bespoke order for the table measurements and a velcro attachment for the extending sizes.
Every email contact/phone call with Ethan have been polite and very helpful to ensure we both understood and that the order is what I expected it to be (especially that they deciphered my waffling email so well). I received my order today from the ordering happening only a few days ago! I can't believe the speed to get a bespoke order completed, and delivered. The quality and finish have exceeded my expectation. They matched the pattern perfectly, and I can't see where the extension attaches. I'm amazed with the communication start to finish, and to the end product. I will happily use Jolee again without hesitation.
