Everything about VOY is superb - except that when I created my account, my computer picked the wrong address for me (it picked 26 instead of 26a) I chatted straight away and was reassured that the system had been changed, but it hadn't updated my first order which then got delivered to the wrong address - fortunately I was in to receive the parcel from my neighbour. All good now I think !

Firstly my order was changed from Monjaro to Weygovy without speaking to me or any explanation ( Why) & it took back & forth txt to resolve this error, so to be honest I was very annoyed with Voy.

WRONG DOSE
I've been a Voy customer for a while , so when they started offering weight loss medication I moved that over too. I'd been on Mounjaro for nearly a year, had worked up to the highest dose and lost 20kg.
Voy asked me to prove my dose so they could match it with the equivalent Wegovy tablets, and I sent photos of my prescription. The tablets arrived a week later and I started them once my injections were finished.
After a month I'd gained 5kg. When the second batch arrived I noticed they were 25mg, while the first batch had been 9mg. I checked my account and it showed my prescribed dose as 25mg from the start, so they'd sent the wrong dose the first time.
These are prescription medicines. Sending the wrong strength isn't a minor slip, and it cost me a month of progress. I've raised it with them and will update this review depending on how they handle it.

Email on Wednesday saying it would be delivered between 430 and 7 pm let me look ay live tracker got all the way yo less than 40 and live tracker disappeared but told me it would be delivered up to 955pm came and went Thursday received Email saying out for delivery between 430 and 655pm arrived at 855pm packet was just a bit cold not frozen if they had left it another day the product would have been useless

Survey to know what Iâm eligible was informative and easy to fill out. They had an ai chat which also helped if I had any questions. They showed me which one they would recommend for me but also gave me other options and broke down all prices for me for different options and for when the dosages increase. Delivery was fast within 48 hours and proving my identity was easy to do and took about 12 hours to be accepted and then parcel was here the next day. It also came by Royal Mail. So was shocked on how good delivery was. I love the app I track everything on it and itâs sooo easy to use
Highly recommend this company and I canât fault it one bit. Iâm doing the wegovy injections been on it less than a week and noticing a slightly difference already so definitely know through this month and as the dosages increase I will see more of a difference

Everything runs like clockwork. There is plenty of online support if you want it . The product comes absolutely on time and without any worry about whether it will arrive or not as it always does. I have no complaints at all.

I was with Voy for three months toldâŠ
I was with Voy for three months told them what medication I was taking was excepted straight away
The clinician didnât really inform me that one of my medications could have a impact on my weight loss especially as I wasnât that active
Spent over ÂŁ800 pounds a total waste of money I left and didnât renew my contract
Didnât really get any support from this company
My advice to anyone thinking of doing these jabs get proper help and make sure you are aware of what medication can make you gain weight because if youâre not that active this medication probably wonât work for you
