Everything runs like clockwork. There is plenty of online support if you want it . The product comes absolutely on time and without any worry about whether it will arrive or not as it always does. I have no complaints at all.

I was with Voy for three months told them what medication I was taking was excepted straight away
The clinician didn’t really inform me that one of my medications could have a impact on my weight loss especially as I wasn’t that active
Spent over £800 pounds a total waste of money I left and didn’t renew my contract
Didn’t really get any support from this company
My advice to anyone thinking of doing these jabs get proper help and make sure you are aware of what medication can make you gain weight because if you’re not that active this medication probably won’t work for you

Excellent service from Voy. Helpful but not intrusive or relentless. Medication always arrives on time, discreetly packaged, and with a lengthy expiry date. Intuitive, easy-to-use app. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced provider.

I did not enjoy my experience with Voy at all, most of their business model revolves around selling you off the shelf products at a grossly inflated price. The entire experience is wrapped up in an AI chatbot which spits out generic, template responses and is designed to save Voy from having a real person talk to you.

When you do speak to a “real person” you would have a hard time knowing it, because they do not listen well, repeat information multiple times, and talk to you as if they are a bot/AI. I am unconvinced if they are real people from my experience with them.

The delivery itself was adequate, the medication was packaged in a cool pack and arrived safely every time. That being said, the “care package” they talk about as if it’s groundbreaking customer care is just one small set of anti sickness tablets and diarrhoea tablets.

One of the early red flags was the online “induction session” which was literally just a completely disinterested person reading word for word from a scripted PowerPoint and offering no real value at all.

The “clinician support” was extremely lacking in my opinion and felt nothing like what was described in their advertising, I think the service is immensely overpriced, packed with pre-made scripts and chat messages, templates that are designed to sound bespoke, and generic phrases that are not tailored to you personally but make you feel like you are making progress.

They have absolutely got this system down to a tee, using as much automation as possible to make the experience look and sound very personalised on the surface, but actually is extremely superficial and lacking.

I have paid a cancellation fee to end my subscription early after just two months, and will go elsewhere in future.

This might work for some people, but felt like being stuck in an elevator with ChatGPT to me.

I have no problems and the information and online support ypu offer is excellent

The doctor, Lewis, seemed knowledgeable, was patient and attentive, and gave clear concise advice. I found him very helpful. On the downside, a video conference didn’t work, and his computer system crashed and that caused a slight delay.

Very good and happy. Looking forward to continuing and my next appointment. Recommend the products and customer service. Brilliant doctors also.

This is a great website, they look after you very well it’s easy to logs meals and all the other features are easy to follow and you can contact them anytime!

It was easy to get started but would have liked mare videos of how to use pen I went through it once but would have liked to have seen it more
