I signed up for a weight loss programme, explaining I wanted to lose 7/8lbs. Was accepted and was advised it would be ÂŁ64 and then was sent Glucomannan Complex capsules, which you take 3 times a day before meals to make you feel fuller??
Firstly this is not what I signed up for and secondly this complex can be purchase on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
Thankfully Voy have now replied and kindly offered me a refund. .

I was very impressed with the speed of my delivery which I received a few days after placing my order. I have only just begun to use the hair renewal serum so I canât comment yet on any improvements but am hopeful that it will help with my thinning hair.
The only reason I deducted a star is because there was no marker on the pipette to know if I was getting the dose correct. After contacting the help website I was contacted a couple of days later with the information I needed

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Received the results that i have low testosterone and free testosterone. Almost half of the minimum "normal" results. Went to my gpto rerun the test, a have absolutely normal levels. 3 times difference between NHS results and Voy results

I can understand how frustrating and confusing it must be to hear two different things regarding your results. Different providers use different treatment thresholds. We follow the BSSM (British Society for Sexual Medicine) guidelines, which donât always align with the thresholds used by other providers.
Testosterone levels can also fluctuate throughout the day and from week to week, which can result in your blood tests indicating different levels depending on when this was completed.

The authorisation was quick as was the delivery of my first prescription. The addition of anti-nausea pills was a nice touch too. I highly recommend Voy. Having been under another organisation my initial impressions of Voy are very good.
