Ordered a self test testosterone kitâŠ
Ordered a self test testosterone kit and received it, sent it back and was told it wasnt âvalidâ. This then happened another 4 times. Last one I sent off wasnt valid but they didnt even bother telling me until I asked. Really bad customer service, everything is through an AI chatbot and getting through to an actual human seems impossible. Awful

Not so uncommon
The rare or uncommon side effects are in fact, not that uncommon. Iâve reached out three times over 8 days for support via the chat function and email for their âspecialistâ support and been ignored. Waste of money. Other brands like hims are cheaper long term and better service.

Disappointed and Misled
This product didnât work for me at all. When I purchased it, I was clearly told there was a 30-day money-back guarantee if I wasnât satisfied. However, when I reached out to customer support via chat, they claimed no such policy existed. They did eventually agree to refund ÂŁ20, but that felt more like a gesture than a real solution.
I followed the instructions exactlyâtaking two tablets half an hour before meals, two or three times a day depending on how many meals I had. Iâm also physically active and donât overeat, yet I experienced no appetite suppression and no weight loss whatsoever. After a full month, I didnât lose a single kilogram.
Very disappointing experience. I wouldnât recommend this product.

Ordering was straightforward and the questionnaire thorough, and the guidance provided important and very helpful. Delivery was prompt and again the associated guidance and the related online information very important. I particularly appreciate the follow on services and communication via the Voy website which has a key role in informing and supporting clients on their journey. From my perspective you have generated a very positive environment for customers to communicate their difficulties and aspirations.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - lost nothing first month even though following all recommendations. I did already exercise frequently & eat sensibly.
Asked for a consultation, was given 10 minutes 3 weeks later. When I phoned up for consultation I was told I did not confirm ( did not receive email asking for confirmation) so appointment cancelled.
I immediately cancelled my subscription - they are only interested in your money

100% recommend VOY
Voy have been the best company I've used to access GLP1 medication. Not necessarily the cheapest, but the on-line support is great.
