Unexplained delays
Whilst we received samples in good time, we're still awaiting tiles that were ordered three weeks ago. We only heard back from the shop after I resent an email enquiring about the delay, and even then no explanation (yet alone an apology) was given for the delay, except for saying that the tiles should now be delivered the week after. Overall poor customer service so far, with very little consideration for the fact that I have workers on site waiting for the tiles.
UPDATE: customer support got in touch and they sorted out everything. Thanks to Johnson Tiles.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, easy transaction, quality product. Delivered when requested. We did ask for a small vehicle delivery due to access restrictions, however despite this being on the order and requested by customer services, the delivery company sent a large wagon and we had to meet them in the lane in order to receive the delivery. Other than that it was excellent.

Great tiles at a great price
I found exactly the tiles I needed for my bathroom walls and floor.. plus beautiful plain ivory tiles for my hallway and kitchen at a fraction of the original price on the Johnson outlet site.
Great customer service and tiles arrived very promptly.. I was updated of dispatch and arrival time each step of the way and the tiles were packed super well on the pallet. My tiler is very happy with their quality and I look forward to seeing the finished project. Would highly recommend Johnson Tiles.

Discontinued
Discontinue the best ranges with no suitable alternate replacements. Just poor customer experience. I'd been so excited for the past 6 months looking forward to getting a specific tile. It's not like they're cheap either.

Great customer service
Great customer service, its very useful for me to be able to get samples. Order arrived next day! Great to be able to buy tiles that are made in the UK. The others I use have to come from Portugal which has gotten so complicated!
