Tiles were really beautiful and came quickly. They are the nicest out of all the samples I got from lots of different places. I picked quite an expensive tile but they were much better quality and nicer looking than others around the same price. Very happy.

From first contact through to delivery every interaction was very timely, very helpful and whoever I dealt with went out of their way to help. Customer Service at this level is unusual but very welcome.

No complaints at all
No complaints at all. Itvwould have been very useful to have received updates as to time of delivery or at least a window during which we could expect delivery, this might not be in your control. Haven't opened any boxes yet, so hopefully all intact.

Absolutely fabulous from beginning to end h to end.
Ordered wall instead of floor tiles in error. Called and was helped immensely by Nikki (I think as I was a bit of a tizz). The original order (which had been palletised ready for dispatch) was cancelled and refunded. I then ordered a different floor tile (for a garden room so was looking for the cheapest possible) and had a call to make sure that it was correct. Delivered within three days.

Fobb offs all round
Beautiful tiles but clearly ones received not fit for purpose. Laid by a well established tiler, instantly the recommended grout absorbed into the tiles and nothing will shift it.
Almost three weeks on and being fobbed off by both B&Q (point of sale) and Johnsons, both referring me back to the other. B&Q did offer 50% off the cost of new tiles and they would collect the others, obviously that's not an option given they are well fixed to the floor.
Johnson's suggestion, I buy some PPE and acidic cleaner, I have MS so not something I could undertake.
Meanwhile, a kitchen floor which looks dreadful, doors and plinths still off awaiting someone to take some responsibility.
