This is our fourth car from John Clark motor group. Sales person was very professional and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the car. Followed up our enquiries and got back to us promptly. All round excellent service from their Pentland motors branch in Dundee.

Good service but did not rectify problem. Automatic dipping lights not working.

This is the third car from Dundee and never had any problems .Staff always helpful and professional.

My car was in for a routine service. I had a number of reminders via text to ensure I was going to make the appointment. I waited while it was and received a video of my free health check. I was able to discuss purchase of a new vehicle while my car was completed, cleaned and handed back to me at the showroom door.

Bought a vehicle from here, This was delivered with marks and scratches which had not been disclosed, Broken exterior trim, Both front inner wheel arch covers held on with cable ties, paint work had runs and fish eyes in. Also instrument clocks and plastic surround had been removed and not installed back correctly. X1 tyre with cuts which was supposed to be replaced and was not. Brakes discs are warped. But the car had 165 point inspection check apparently? Car was collected and 7 days later still no refund, No apology for selling an unsafe and defective vehicle. So I have no vehicle and no funds to buy another until they decide to refund. But the car was re advertised with out delay. Even though they have not refunded me.

Great service from Alistair (5). Some issues with paperwork and delays in getting the car. (Not Alistair).

We purchased a new f-pace salesman Lewis was brilliant the service was amazing so hassle free he couldn’t do enough for us we had a slight problem when I got the car home and it was fixed immediately would highly recommend this garage

Not one to leave reviews but the service I received recently when purchasing my Jaguar XE was extremely poor. Travelled nearly 5 hours to the dealership to collect the vehicle, upon arrival the vehicle looked like it hadn’t been cleaned which is only a slight issue but not what you expect from a Jaguar dealer. When the car was driven round for me to collect the salesman failed to tell me that there was 2 warning lights on the dash, i only realised this when I had set off home as I was in a rush due to length of my commute back. When I questioned this the following day they palmed me off and said they wouldn’t have been there on collection due to the extensive multi point check, although this check couldn’t have been that thorough as there was also no dust caps applied to any of the wheels. I had to book the car in to a local Jaguar service centre to resolve this issue which is not something you expect so soon after purchasing a car with a Jaguar dealer. A new night pack was apparently fitted to the car but upon inspection this was damaged. Speaking to the salesman in the following few days he was aware of this but decided not to inform me. This was resolved by sending me a cheque to replace the parts. There was several issues during the whole process of purchasing this vehicle which consequently they did resolve, but all this takes away from the car buying experience especially from such a ‘prestigious’ brand.

Everything about the sales process was quick and smooth (as expected when you’re giving a company a sale).

5 months down the line when I decide Im selling the car anymore (after changing my mind) I go to trade it in elsewhere and realise there were 4 advisories on the last MOT which I wasn’t informed of. Every single brake pad on the car was worn and I wasn’t informed of this when the car was sold to me.

The MOT was carried out the same month I was sold the car, so the salesman was well aware of these issues but swiftly sold me the car without showing me MOT history. When I called the garage to discuss this further my calls were brushed off and I received a blunt/barely responsive email response. Not the level of customer service I expect when paying £36k for a car! The phone would have been picked up promptly if it was a sale, but because it was a query after sales nobody was interested and my car is now worth a lot less because of these issues.

Would steer clear of this garage.

Disgraceful service, basically told to go elsewhere to get repairs fixed on my car and accused of harassment,. When I’m due an upgrade on my car I can rule this garage out as it seems they are selective to who they want as customers ,more to the point who they want to keep.

Salesman was initially helpful but I was given the wrong information regarding financing by both him and a colleague. This resulted in unnecessary correspondence and hassle for me between myself and the finance company
