A little anxious using a brand I was unfamiliar with proved to be unfounded. The quality and price of the dresses I received was excellent. I will be using Izabel again I found a gem.

Excellent Customer Service
My parcel did not arrive as expected so I contacted Customer Services to check-up on it and it arrived the next day. In the meantime though they sent a replacement just in case which was sent back. From the moment I contacted Customer Service the after-care was 1st class and second to none. I had constant emails and check-ups and the response to any query was answered very quickly. I recommend them highly. Absolutely brilliant service and I want to thank them very much for a speedy response. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you

Cropped barrel jeans
I ordered a pair of your cropped barrel jeans. I had very low expectations, as jeans never fit me well, I'm always in-between sizes, and I suspected the barrel shape would make me look huge. I tried on the jeans - my first order from Izabel London - and THEY FIT SO WELL AND LOOK FLATTERING. Also, I would like to add that there is no smell to the jeans, which I appreciate, as too many clothes ordered online these days arrive smelling of perfume or chemicals, which triggers my asthma. I'm so pleased to discover your website.

Not received my refund
I ordered two identical dresses. I returned the two dresses using their requested service and have proof of postage. The company received them 6th February 2026 according to Royal Mail proof of delivery, I have proof of postage and the weight of the product, and proof of delivery. I still have not received a refund as they are taking it up with Royal Mail. This is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are required to issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Poor customer service
Jacket came damaged.I paid for second day delivery, came 3 days after being lost in tranzit. When sent it back for return I have asked they will regund my delivery as they did not do what they said they will. Refused :( Will probably never buy from them again!

The clothes are lovely
The clothes are lovely from this company. I always feel comfortable.
The clothes have a little more room than normal which I think is ideal for comfort so you could go down a size to try. I did this but found that the button up dress was way too small for my bust and the size up is a bit on the big side not on the bust but the rest of the fit, so it is a bit like pot luck if they fit.I suggest you try your normal size first with perhaps a smaller size ordered for comparison.
Having said this I still like the clothes/company so will buy from them again.
