Awful company. Ordered some jumpers - when they arrived they were of a flimsy quality, colours were not as shown, and were absolutely huge. I tried to get a refund which did not materialise and was told I had to send them back to China which would obviously cost a lot. They did not help me at all and said in the end they would only give me 20% of the cost of my order back. I was disgusted with the lack of customer service.

If i could this company no stars I would do so. The quality of the jumper i received was shocking. it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I was shocked to discover that if i wnated to return it I would have to pay an exorbitant amout to return it to China. if the company is calleIsabella london you assume that the transactions will go through Lonodn. The offered me a 25% reduction if I kept the item. I am have no been waitng for over a month and no sin of the refund. Do not touch this have any dealing with this company.

Please avoid this dreadful company if actually it exists. I bought a dress that doesn't look like anything on their site when I received it. Very poor quality and it took one month to arrive. I sent it back immediately since 9th still on customs hold in China .
I think they gave fake address that's why they are unable to deliver it.
I will contact visa card so that they can be blocked from doing any transaction with visa card. They are scammer.
Run very far away from this horrible company.

I ordered a jumper, took 7 weeks to arrive, cost £37, poor quality, smelt had to wash it, got baggy, no lables inside. Could have bought similar in Primark, H&M for a fiver. Absolute scam. Do not touch Isabella.

Has anyone received a refund after returning orders to this dreadful company? My order has been held by customs since the 8th of May! They are just scammers. Don't waste your money returning goods it's very expensive then getting a refund seems highly unlikely. Someone needs to look into and remove them from the advertising platforms. I've updated this review to say DON'T bother paying postage to send your order back. It doesn't get through customs...mine has been there since the 8th May ..tracking continually says held by customs. I've also had a suspicious text which I'm 99% sure it was from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I want to organise a return promptly but they haven't replied to my emails requesting a return label.

I wouldn't recommend and would give a zero star. The company is misleading to customers. No retail shop in London. Actually from China, I order 2 items and it take 3 weeks to arrive . I was disappointed , the materials were poorly cheap compare the price I paid. I asked to return it. They said they will give 25% off to the items. Told them that they not worth it of wearing them. I sent it back to China and to this day, I had not received my refund saying they did not receive the parcel.

Do not buy anything from this company if you don’t want to waste your money. Should not be allowed to advertise

Absolutely agree with previous review which says ‘Stay Away’. The products I received are shoddy, poor fabric and badly sewn. They did not look like the fabric in the adverts.
The ‘so- called’ returns policy is that you write to them giving various details they then attempt to prevent you returning goods by offering small percentages of the total cost instead - in the first letter it was 10 per cent, second one 25 percent. This is because the return postage is to CHINA and for a shoddy £30 sweat shirt would be £25.00. They also suggest that you put a lower value on the declaration of value for customs in order, they say, to prevent delay. They threaten that if there is such a delay they will not refund. Am I being asked to lie to customs here?!
Their ‘terms of service’ are so dense that they obfuscate meaning.

Don't normally order clothes online but thought the grey cardigan with mother of pearl buttons was quite pretty. Discovered parcel was coming from Portugal which explained why it took 3 weeks to arrive. Item not as described, no pearl buttons just tacky gold coloured plastic buttons. Having read the reviews on returns & refunds I wont be sending it back. Wouldnt give this garment a second look if it was on a rail in a shop, not worth the money and will definitely be replacing the cheap plastic buttons

No delivery. There tracking wouldn't work and they didn't even recognise my postcode. Took my money but didn't reply to my emails. Lucky I paid with my credit card.

What a sham, recieved goods after 4 weeks sent back still not recieved the refund.
They have been obstructive around the return. I have sent the proof return they wanted confirmation of address sent, you go through their site to arrange the return label so they know!!!! Sent a photo of royal mail proof of return not good enough they want it in Text!!! What does that mean? 4 weeks before delivery 4 weeks fighting return

Total scammers! Utter rubbish. If I could give zero stars I would. Atrocious quality and looks nothing like the advertisement. How I wish I had read the reviews before I threw my money away! Cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs!

I was just about to place an order but it seems these companies based in China, are selling items in a fraudulent manner. How do they even get to advertise.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are a complete scam!! They really need an investigation by Trading Standards. I ordered a jumper on 24 April and received it on 2 May
I have never seen anything as ghastly in all my life!! It was advertised as knit which suggests to me wool but it was not knitted. I am small and ordered the smallest size which was a size 8. When it came it was more a size 20 but I was never going to wear it, it was so awful!! When I emailed them to get the return address they offered me a 20% reduction. I refused and asked for the return address, they then offered me a 25% reduction again I refused and asked for the return address as I wanted a complete refund as advertised on their website. They they sent me the address to return it which is in CHINA!! I told them I wasn't sending it to China but they didn't want to know. After a lot of emails I eventually settled for a 25% reduction, so I wouldn't have to deal with them again. I honestly think these reviews should be passed to the police as they are criminals.

I have not received my parcel it's been 3 weeks when I asked for refund they said I could not have one I think this firm is a scam Google should not be transmitting this fir.

Vey unsatisfactory service and reliability of this business ordered close to a month ago and still not received my clothes, when EVER I GET THE ITEMS I WILL SEND BACK as I am sure the quality of these items are shite as I just found out that it’s coming from China and not the uk,,, false advertising an online shop named Isabella London

Unfortunately a very poorly made item, cheap fabric and the item I bought was huge!!! They said they would change it for a small fee (£10) but don’t stock an extra small size. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
