They do not give refunds.
The dress was awful.
They do not respond to emails and you are stuck having spent money on something that is rubbish that you can't return. And it wasn't cheap.
It's just shipped from China and an absolutely huge waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. In a nutshell, the dress took much longer than indicated to arrive and, once it did, it was clearly very poorly made. I tried to return it but to date I have been unable to get any indication from Isabelle Jolie as to how to do so. All my attempts at communication have met with a resounding silence. This is the worst experience I have ever had in buying something online.

I could kick myself for not checking Trustpilot reviews before ordering, I usually do. This company, based in China, is as bad as everyone says in their reviews. I placed on order on 28 May that has not arrived. Email enquires are ignored.

Like everyone else here, I wish I had checked these reviews. I would not recommend this company at all. I ordered a dress, payment of £49.95 was taken immediately. I was notified that a company called relay would deliver. Relay said they attempted to deliver twice, I was at home both times so this was not true. I was told dress would be returned to sender so I asked for my money back. A month later and I am still waiting. This company are uncommunicative and impossible to reach. The worst customer service ever experienced.

If possible I would not have given a star at all! I tried to return items as stated and despite several emails, no reply to any. Of course the two week period elapsed in which to be in touch. I intend to take the matter further, it really is a shocking after sales service! AVOID.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have left a zero star rating. Very poor communication, delivery and the dress was an appalling shape. A complete waste of money and no one has responded to my emails .

I wish I'd read these reviews before I'd purchased instead I went on the website and the fact the company had supposedly been trading for a while and had good customer service etc.
I have received two tents which is the best way to describe the dresses. The fabric is cheap and scratchy, the fabric pattern of one is not even the same as the photo on the website. The dresses are hugely voluminous and can't come under relaxed fit there is no fit!! Do not buy. I am awaiting a refund let's see if they are as good as their word as I spent £89 on two dresses that I will never be able to wear.

The dress was poor quality. The size was supposedly size 8 but was much larger - it drowned me. I have tried emailing the company for a return address but am getting no replies. Do not buy from this company.

To exchange or go back a page to check order did not work. Assumed a uk business. Exchange or return as not fitting is £22 plus to an address in China. The article was just under £40. Poor quality neckline to waist

I bought an Alice Summer Dress from Isabelle Jolie on 24th. May 2026, it was delivered on 4/6/2026.
Unfortunately the dress was not suitable for the occasion I had bought it for. The colour was much brighter than the picture and the size did not fit.
As per returns policy I emailed customer services 4/6/2026 to request a return address to send the dress back, I received no reply and have emailed twice again with no reply. I have also sent a request via Isabelle Jolie contact us link, again with no reply.
At present I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service from Isabelle Jolie.
I wrote this review to highlight the issue for returning an item bought from Isabelle Jolie and hope I receive contact from them soon.

Terrible quality dress, different colour than the picture. Cant return as no reply to emails and only 2 weeks to return…. To China! At own cost! Put it down to experience and straight to the charity shop (if they will take it).

Oh dear - I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They have stolen £50 of my money for a dress in poor fabric and not like the picture. I thought I had done my research and the company sounded genuine. I am unable to get a refund following several emails. It is theft.

If i could score them less then I would! These people run a complete scam. The blouse I got was £39.95 and the fabric was awful viscose. I tried to return it immediately but the company will not send me the details on how ro return goods. I have sent numerous emails but no reply! As it has to be returned before 14 days this means they make sure you can"t return on time! Disgraceful! I wish these scammers could be prosecuted!

Not as advertised - took a long time to come and was very cheap fabric and not like the image. Very difficult to send back as based in china

Be careful purchasing from Isabelle Jolie hey are not based in Holland as advertised and as ststed on your transaction, they are in China
It is difficult to get email responses and you have to return your unwanted products at your own cost plus taxes etc to China!

Like many reviewers, I believed that I was ordering from a London based company, the dresses took over 2 weeks to come. They are of very poor quality fabric and very big for the supposed size. No labels to indicate size, fabric or washing advice. Took a long time to get an address for returns, which is in China. No return slip just an address. I’m not prepared to waste any money paying cost of return as I’m not confident I will get my money back. I’ve put it down to experience…. Quality is so poor I won’t put the dresses in the charity bag
