Difficult to understand clarification on bonus protection. Still a bit confused at end of call as to if claim is fully covered without losing full no claim bonus.

You badgered me endlessly to renew. I had a call from an agent who sounded as if he was spinning in his car at the time. I have renewed but be I could not recommend your company to any of my friends. TOO MUCH HARD SELL guys.

It has been hardship from policy…
It has been hardship from policy commencement! You can’t speak to anyone to resolve any issues apart from a chatbot initially. Then I got to speak to breen on chat who hung up the chat when I tried to explain everything had been submitted and that I could not submit a disc I didn’t have because I had already posted it! The latest issue is that they want me to explain in writing and posting a letter why I didn’t declare a windscreen replacement on my previous policy which I thought I had cover that wouldn’t affect my ncd. Then they wanted a declaration stating my last disc was lost which I sent, then I found the disc, sent it on after and they’ve received neither! I would never recommend them to anyone! If you want your sanity tested then go with them x

I found the online process a bit hard…
I found the online process a bit hard to navigate at times...when I had questions - it was hard to find a human to talk to.
I tried to pay 3 times before it eventually went through...glitchy system maybe?

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility.
