Easy to renew my insurance and at a decent renewal quote. Help is there if you need it via online chat. I feel Its4woman are the only Services company I know that look after their long term Customers.

Extremely helpful great value for money would absolutely recommend.
I had an issue renewing on line .I rang customer care and was treated extremely well ....my renewal was sorted with in 10 min .As someone who themselves deals with the public I found the service I received extremely good .

I ordered an idemnity certificate- 2…
I ordered an idemnity certificate- 2 days later, I got a text on my mobile, saying that it is emailed and could also can be viewed when i login into website. Could not find it online or in the email. Contacted them again; still no email after a week. Absolutely disappointing service. No contact nuber, I dont know where to complain. Paid 25 euro for same, the certificate should be emailed with in 24hrs. Very very poor service. Wont recommend this insureance to anyone.

Nice easy process to renew my car insurance, great quote provided which meant I had no requirement to shop around. All completed online and insurance cert received straight away.

I went to renew my car insurance last…
I went to renew my car insurance last Monday but earlier l was talking to one of your staff on the chat line about my car insurance as it had gone up since last year and I had a quote got for 389 euro from another insurance company so I asked was there anything they could do to improve on their quote so I got a new quote for 455.35 euro so I when I went home I went on line and started to complete my Insurance with yourselves and when I went to pay at the end the figure I paid was 493.93 so I paid it thinking that the error might be corrected and maybe I would be refunded the amount of what I was quoted and what I Paid
