Initially, I did not receive a confirmation email but the staff quickly remedied the issue. As far as the products, they far exceeded my expectations and my wife loves them. The material is light and flattering while being worn both pregnant and postpartum.

Received item on the 9th December sent back as not as expected and still now on 17th January waiting a refund. And have proof of postage!
Not good service when returning items.
Will make me think about ordering again.

The service (TheTeam) is very good, bit the delivery took 17 calendar days, instead of promised 8 working days (I live in Northern Europe)…

Sadly I still haven’t received the parcel. I appreciate it’s been the festive period but it seems Evri is a bad delivery company to use. I thought my bad experience with them delivering a parcel next day with ASOS two weeks late was just a one off but it seems this is the norm for them. I am also waiting for a Seraphine parcel too which is meant to be delivered by them. No idea when that will be either.

parcel arrived very quickly over the Chistmas holidays, beautifully wrapped - the item I ordered is of very good quality, I am very pleased with my first purchase !

My items weren’t shipped for a week and therefore I didn’t receive them in time for my holidays. After calling up customer service I was advised there would be an effort to speed up delivery and I would receive a follow up email but I received no further comms

So excited to wear my new dress, which I can tell will be an item I live in Pre and post baby!

Edit: I've received them now, thank you! Apparently the delay was due to strikes, so not the company's fault.

Ordered a dress which arrived very promptly. Liked the dress which was of very good quality. Emailed the company as the dress was in the sale and was for a Christmas present and I was concerned about the returns policy. They replied to the email immediately and in a very friendly manner reassured me that the returns policy was extended to the end of January. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

My previous experience with Isabelle Oliver was great - prompt email recognition of order, fast delivery, great products. Unfortunately this time I still don’t have my items and despite emailing to ask about their status I haven’t heard anything back.

My experience is not so good, since I still have not received the package. I have contacted Colis Privé, and there seems to be a dispute with the parcel deliverer. Colis Privé has asked me to provide them with a certificate in which I confirm that I have not received the package.

Great service up until getting a refund, they received my return 14 days ago and email said I will get my refund within 14 days but not received it yet and had to email to chase.
