IQ are truly experts in the field of top notch glazing
IQ are truly experts in the field of high end glazing. We could not be more pleased with the work done for us which has transformed our home. We now have 270 degree views around our garden from ceiling to floor. The teams who installed and sealed the windows and sliding doors were so professional and efficient. We had no doubt they knew exactly what they were doing.
Our experience of customer services (the contracts manager) was extremely good. Emails were replied to swiftly and we were kept updated when there was a slight wait for a particular part.
I would not hesitate to recommend IQ to others.

Excellent bifolding door service
Darek serviced our bifolding doors and he did an excellent job: he was on time, polite, friendly and thoroughly checked all the panels. I am very pleased with his work especially in a period when it is difficult to find skilled labour.
Well done also to April who quickly arranged the visit and found in the archive all the information before the visit so that Darek knew exactly what to expect.

Would not recommend
Being a builder, I found IQ Glass company very poor! Numerous wide ranging problems, would defiantly not recommend use as contractor's to recommend to cilents. Stay well clear

Shockingly bad experience start to…
Shockingly bad experience start to finish: quotes wrong/drawings wrong/delivery delayed/ windows repeatedly delivered wrong size/substandard/manufacturing poor/customer service/installation BAD. Delay upon delay. So many Mistakes. Damage to our property. Lies/fobbing off. It’s been hell. We’ve got something we’re 85% happy with now, but we’ve had 6 months of snagging, many days off work to fix it. Sheer bloody mindedness and the fact we paid a fortune making us not want to give up got us roughly where we wanted in the end, but I suspect many other customers have been left high and dry. They talk a good game and have a lovely showroom and PR but should be avoided at all costs.

.....and still the nightmare with IQ Glass continues!!!!! Building Regs visited site yesterday and will not sign off the glass structure....yet more delays and frustrations....the UK's leader in architectural glazing solutions company??????? 😂😂 Far from it!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Please do not approach IQ glass for glass doors. The windows do not fit, the locks are not secure, the panels are.different colours and it looks awful. If that wasn't bad enough, you try to ask for help to resolve these issues and you are met with nothing but silence,.not even an email acknowlement or return of a call, just nothing! This applies to the contract manager right up to the directors. I'm amazed that this company is still operating!

Terrible service, I can see why the trust pilot site says the company has not claimed it Trust pilot review and does not actively seek feedback - I cant see it being positive in a lot of circumstances, my experience has not been a positive one
