A huge thank you to Razvan and his son, Robert from IQ Glazing who have done an amazing job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, very trustworthy and professional.

Lovely slick showroom and pre sales service, however as soon as they have got your money it goes wrong. We have spent £200k with them and they ignore emails constantly asking to finish the work. I cancelled another £16k order with them in hope that would get them to care...but they don't.
Awful experience for an average product.

Working with IQ Glass on a high-end resi development in Highgate, we found them to be top quality designers and installers of complex glass products including skylights, sliding door systems and Schüco doors and windows. Excellent co-ordination from the management team (Monika) ensured all details worked as planned. Would certainly use again.

IQ Glass is situated in the Sky House Design Centre and is definitely worth a visit; it is quite an impressive set-up. At the moment it is necessary to make an appointment - this was easy and I received a very quick response to my appointment request.
There is an excellent display of window options and it is possible see (and feel) the differences between these. It was also possible to climb some stairs onto a roof to see the roof windows 'close up' . The staff are knowledgeable and all my questions were answered well and clearly. I also had the opportunity to speak to a couple of the other businesses that are located in Sky House, making it a very time efficient way to gain a lot of information.

I visited the showroom on 14 march 2019 and dealt with Emma Green initially. The website/showroom is very well thought out and Emma was great and filled me with confidence, unfortunately that is where my positive comments end.
I ordered a front door/bifold doors and 1 casement window including fitting, they were not the cheapest company but decided they felt like the most professional.
Since the install in August 2019 I had numerous problems including missing panes broken panes scratched panes in the bi-folds, promised stainless handles then later told they are not available.
The engineers have been out numerous times since install due to doors not closing properly on both the bifold and entrance door/leaking front door/brush strips falling apart etc.
In April 2020 I was still having problems with the traffic door on the Bi-Folds, when the engineer came he said all he could do was to remove the metal strip from inside the frame by traffic door and cut a few mm from it, he then said if that doesn't work there is nothing more that can be done!!
Since then I recently went to fully open the bi-folds probably only the 10th time I have done this since install and again they are stuck and cannot be opened.
I emailed and was told I am now out of warranty and it would cost over £400 to send an engineer out to repair.
I said this was not good enough and to let me know how they can be adjusted and I would do it myself, after a few more emails I was told someone would call me to explain how to do this, it has been nearly 2 weeks and I am still waiting!

16/7/21 having spoken with someone from Sieger Manufacturing they told me the door had been fitted incorrectly and not toe and heeled properly which is why the bifold doors have dropped. He said IQ would be in touch. They got back to me today and said as it is out of warranty now I am liable (bearing in mind they have been out on numerous occasions during the warranty period and they are still not right). DYOR but be careful with this company. I wouldn’t use them again.

The whole experience with IQ Glass has been fantastic. From providing estimates (based on architectural drawings), to arranging a visit to their showroom, to discussion options and carefully explaining their products, the process has been fantastic. A special shout out to Ana Maria - great product knowledge and extremely helpful.

Had a fantastic and very informative visit with Ana Maria at IQ Glass. She took the time to listen to our requests and then guided us through their product ranges to ensure we find the right solution for our residential application. Ana Maria was professional and knowledgeable and very thorough in her approach. She also showed us their showroom with related products and furniture. We were astounded in the range and products on offer. We had a great day and found our dream glass extention! Many thanks to Ana Maria and the Team!

Great venue and showroom, lots of examples to show. Great services on offer from complimentary suppliers, a little difficult to find and C-19 restrictions making the visit a little rigid but great to be able to visit still. Would have been good to take away a document/brochure showing all options to refer back to but nothing available to take home.

Ana was brilliant in explaining to us about our proposed project and answering our questions well.

IQ installed a system on the first floor which leaked badly causing damage to the rooms below. They claimed that the openings had not been prepared to their specification even after the contractor had two meetings with them to agree the details. They have a clause in the contract which says they will not pay for any damage caused by them or by their defective workmanship (which is probably illegal). After 12 months of trying to seek a resolution, they have created a wall of excuses and refuse to do anything about the damage. I never normally write reviews but people considering IQ need to be aware of this experience and the clauses they are signing up to.

From initial engagement to completion IQ Glass were amazing. We encountered an issue with lead-time that meant it would delay our project considerably. However the Delivery team and more specifically Jack our assigned Contract Manager managed to push the project through the factory to bring it back on track. They are outstanding with the product quality, professional fitters and team leaders onsite and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was our initial visit to look around the showroom and get a feel for what were the available options for our planned sunroom. Despite the (now) usual lockdown restrictions we got pretty much what we needed at this stage from the helpful staff and impressive show rooms.

Very informative & a lot of the products on display to see & use, which makes it so much easier to arrive at the right choice.
Ana was very helpful & explained the process from selecting the sliding door system to it being fitted.

Ana Maria was an absolute delight. She knew I was looking for sliding doors and discussed them in great detail. She then went into Bi-fold doors, interesting but she did agree that they would not be suitable for my needs.
As this was my first visit, she then took me on a tour of Sky House. This is an exhibition space for several glass companies and a modern interior design showroom.
Ana (who works for IQ Glass) was quite happy to show me displays from other companies, and we finished on a roof top overlooking the Metropolitan line railway rack and chatted for a while before I left.
Sky house is being extended, so it will be interesting to go back there some time.

Alex Williams and his team were very helpful in the year long process it has taken to complete my job.
The team were timely and worked hard to complete the job.

We had a terrible experience with IQ. After posting on Facebook the number of customers who have reached out to me for advice has been sobering. My advice would be: if you have to use this company, make sure your builder is really clear about the proposed interface (between building and glass) as IQ doesn’t work with your plans/proposals in this regard: you have to work around theirs. When things go wrong, they are no help at all. And as you have to pay upfront you have no recourse. There are other high end glass companies. Wish we’d gone with them and not IQ.

Fantastic experience with IQ after a dreadful experience being let down by another company. IQ were so helpful, responsive and went out of their way to amend the product we ordered to overcome obstacles caused by our build. Would highly recommend them, great from initial consultation through to installation. Thanks IQ!
