IQ glass had all the relevant records from when the glass was originally fitted and could source the correct replacement. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently from the office to the team who delivered and fitted the new panel

I was very impressed by Zosia, in IQ After Sales Care, who was very helpful and thoughtful, advising me when one of my sliding door panels shattered and needed to be replaced.
Zosia's technical knowledge was very sound and with her considerable help, the problem was successfully resolved.

The visit to Sky House has provided us a lot of ideas and insights into how to bring structural glazing into our extension project, especially the connection and interface details. The staff lady Alison gave us a good tour of different structures and fixtures we can use for the project. I also found the online technical library is a good source of information to prepare for the questions to make the most of the visit.

I purchased all of our windows for our build project from IQ Glass-related companies including 3 sets of aluminium framed bifold doors. Each bifold door has three frames - so we have a total of 9 double-glazed units. Despite being told the likelihood of glass failure is very rare (they tell you that statistically the incidence is very low - 1m2 per every 10,000m2 of glass), so far 6 of the double glazed units have spontaneously shattered! I must be incredibly unlucky! These windows cost over £10k + VAT. I have written several times for them to admit that their products are defective - of course they are not interested. Their After-Sales Care team even tries to say that they cannot find the files and they are not a glass manufacturer, despite all of their subsidiary companies having the same address and same directors. So be extremely careful with your own decisions if you are looking to buy from these jokers! 66% glass failure rate and counting…. Definitely not worth the money. Don’t be fooled by the impressive showroom like I was!

IQ undertook a full window replacement on our house build. Dan and his team worked hard to ensure the installation ran smoothly. Luke was excellent on site measuring the new system and the install team were exemplary. The end result is a high quality system we are delighted with.

We had some bespoke arched windows installed. During the sales process, there was no mention of the designs being difficult to execute. Then when installed and we complained of the poor finish, they said it was due to the complex design. They also didn't make it clear that their windows opened inwards which has made fitting blinds etc difficult. Overall a bad experience having paid a premium.

Dan and the team were fantastic the whole way through - from visiting the showroom - exploring different options - organising the project and installation. They were also extremely responsive to an early teething issue related to ongoing building works and resolved it within 48 hours. We are extremely pleased with our windows.

8 years after a bespoke installation - made and installed by IQ glass - 2 out of the 5 glass panes are shot. I accept it’s out of warranty but quality is poor and the remedy was to offer at £250 visit (would have been £350 but only as we are local £100 discount not because of their failure) to survey the site which was refundable if I then replaced the glass with IQ - so they charge for their failure. Poor quality don’t use

IQ Glass presented a fantastic CPD on Minimally Framed Glazing at our offices. We will definitely be in touch again for future CPD opportunities.

Great experience with IQ midlands. We’ve enjoyed the windows for 4 years and no issue. Until a supergust of wind caused one to slam and knock out the frame and beading. Despite being out of warranty, Jake and the team came and fixed within a week. Now as good as new.

Very informative presentation with some clever details.

Excellent facility, great staff. We were there to look at and experience a possible lift for our home. The lovely person guiding us was most helpful in letting us see and try the various options. The overall showroom is fabulous - spacious, with all sorts of facilities and ideas for one's home. Overall we found this an excellent and useful experience, well worth the trip.

IQ Glass offers excellent products; particularly their sliding doors, rooflights, and French doors, which interested us. Sam and Josh were extremely helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly.

IQ Glass supplied us with many sliding doors from Panoramah. They are all rubbish. The doors have never fitted properly and are falling out of the tracks. We are in a windy location and the doors are completely unsuitable, constantly letting in air and water to such an extent the temperature in the house falls by a few degrees on windy days. IQ won’t come out unless you pay them in advance, and when they did they did not resolve any problems instead they left dirty hand prints on walls next to the doors they serviced and silicone spray running down the frames. It’s honestly the worst £125k I have ever spent and after our experience my architects have stopped using them. Avoid. During the design phase they kept making mistakes on the drawings and then would take another 10 working days to turn them around. All in all the delays caused by IQ cost us a whole extra year in construction. I’m writing this review at 23:45 at night, unable to sleep because of the wind howling around the doors and the rain gurgling in the tracks.

We had a delightful technician make a few repairs to our large sliding glass side door. It’s about 16 years old and showing a few signs of wear and tear which were repaired quickly and efficiently. Great service .

I can highly recommend IQ Glass. Back in 2014 we had every window in our home replaced with Slimfit aluminium double-glazed windows, and the whole process went perfectly. The installation was smooth and, to this day, we haven’t had a single issue.
More recently, we completed a large rear extension and chose IQ Glass again to install floor-to-ceiling slimline sliding glass doors. The quality and finish are outstanding. We never even considered going anywhere else — IQ Glass was the obvious choice for us.

The design is very good. We had a large window/door done and three roof windows. The door is a disappointment. The handle did not work - it has way too short a door handle not working and got a wonky repair. Then the coat started flaking and now the door is rusting - really poor quality, I would expected more. Hopefully they will help me rectify this and wont have to replace the whole thing at great cost.

We very much enjoyed our visit to the Skyhouse Design Centre @ IQ Glass Headquarters, arranged by Daniel Borthwick. A warm welcome, excellent service, and some fabulous designs for consideration and inspiration. We look forward to partnering with IQ Glass on our current project at Inwoods Park, Warwickshire, and we can't wait to see the window and glass installs very soon.
