I had an issue after renewing my plan…
I had an issue after renewing my plan where my existing Website Builder editor and content were missing.
The process took some time due to account verification and security checks, but the support agent handled it professionally and patiently.
They carefully reviewed the account history, verified my access, and successfully restored my original Website Builder content instead of forcing me to create a new site.
I really appreciated that they focused on restoring the existing setup rather than taking shortcuts.
In the end, everything was resolved properly, and my site is fully accessible again.

Asking me for over $500 to access my website because I didn't renew. I can't do anything now with the site so they are basically holding my website (or rather, me) to ransom. Disappointing after being a long(ish) time customer.

I just joined the other multitude of customers with the same experience with iPage. Their technical service has become so bad and the customer service is awful. My site was down for over 72h. Customer service basically just kept saying they're working on it. On the support chat at the 72h mark he suggested I would hear back in 24-48h? Seriously,. they think it's ok to have your site down for 5 days? When I asked tonsoeekntona supervisor on the phone I was simply informed they don't have phone support. They have the same ownership as Bluehost, so I would avoid them as well.

He went out of his way to help me figure out who is hosting my web site now, you have the domain name and I was with PowWeb for 20 years but somehow got with these other people and the site has sucked since. This man checked to let me know who is hosting the site, I had no idea. Because of his excellent service I'm going to move my site to iPage

Powweb to iPage
I have several friends who use iPage. I recommended that they switch from other companies. However, over the past month, we have experienced numerous issues. As renewal approaches, everyone is considering moving their websites to another host. It would be helpful if iPage offered more frequent updates before the tech issue or as soon as they are aware of it, and a discount to compensate for the technical problems and inconvenience caused to start.
I have been with Powweb, and later iPage, for over 10 years. Unfortunately, in the past month, I have received the worst service. I am now considering transferring my domains and website to another company. I would prefer to stay, but I would appreciate it if iPage acknowledged their mistakes and the inconvenience they've caused.
