I forgot to change my payment information and this lead me to not be able to renew my domain automatically, support agents helped me resolve this issue in just one interaction and recover my domain name successfully, took me less than 30 minutes to solve my problem with their assistance

GASLIGHTING RACKET
I have had a Webmail address with this company for almost 20 years. It was initially ehost, then vdeck, now Network Solutions. As soon as the switch was made: PROBLEMS! Was on vacation and had access blocked. It turned out they changed my username without informing me. I had to continuously change my password once I realized what the problem was in order to regain access every time I was logged out (which happened automatically every ten minutes or so). I was finally blocked altogether. A week later I was billed for cloud storage and I paid it. Now I am locked out of my e-mail (account suspended) and I am on a chat with customer support who is telling me: 1) the account is active and normal, just log in; 2) try all these incognito tricks to log in, although the account is in good standing; and 3) you need to upgrade by paying an additional $40 to access your e-mail account. At least this is what I understand through the gaslight.

This was one of the most productive and helpful chat experiences I have had in a very long time. At first, I was apprehensive about using iPage, but my original web designer recommended iPage as the best. I am pleasantly surprised at the level of support available.
